I’m tried all pizza places in Oceanside and Carlsbad and the pizza here is my favorite. The flavor is so good, it’s the best. We also ordered a gluten free/vegan crust and it’s the best I’ve ever had.

It has become my favorite restaurant! The pizza was fantastic, I enjoyed the chewy, soft yet crunchy crust (the flower is flown in from Italy, it’s good for gluten-free people)! Salad and wine were top-notch as well ! Absolute Hidden gem of a restaurant!

If you are visiting carlsbad beach/village, this place deserves a visit. Their freshly made crust cooked to perfection per your requirements alone demands a visit. We ordered a thin crust crispy veg pizza and slices of pepperoni pizza. Really delicious garlic knots and a calzone is a must when you visit this place. You can customise the calzones. We ordered mozzarella and ricotta calzone. It was devoured in a blink of an eye. Also, great gluten free options and lots of beers to pick from. The only thing you have to make sure is that try not to visit this place over the weekends as it gets really crowded and has very limited seating options. There is no upfront parking. Wouldn’t call this place wheelchair friendly either. You might need to park a couple of blocks away or find a paid parking.

Gregorio's is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the cozy Italian villa ambiance set the perfect tone for a memorable evening. We visited on a Saturday night without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately! The handmade pizzas were a hit at our table — absolutely delicious — and the gluten-free pasta was hands down one of the best I've ever had. My husband loved the gnocchi. Everyone was raving about their meals! Our server was an absolute queen — charismatic, attentive, and made our night so much fun. She truly elevated the whole experience. The wine selection was fantastic as well, perfectly complementing the flavorful dishes. If you're craving authentic Italian cuisine with great vibes and exceptional service, Gregorio's is the place to go! Can't wait to return.

I highly recommend Blaze Pizza, just not this location. At the time of writing, this location charges $16.99 for a 11" pizza with multiple toppings ($3 more than other locations) and $6 for alternative crusts ($2.50 more than other Blaze locations). Fountain sodas are also $1 more than other locations. We have always enjoyed this location, and the food has always been good, but at $22.99 for one 11" Gluten Free pizza, it is not worth it. Also, because this is a franchised location, blaze app discounts and special offers cannot be applied to orders. It appeared to be understaffed during our most recent visit and the location appeared in some need of some deep cleaning and maintenance.
