AIC certified premises. Excellent gluten-free pizza, very good, light and delicious dough. In addition to pizza, it offers a vast menu with other gluten-free choices, both first and second courses and desserts. Excellent value for money. It offers ample parking, the location inside is very well-kept and spacious. The only thing to improve, in my opinion, is the service... My pizza arrived 20 minutes earlier than the others at the table (there were five of us) and I ate alone, it was difficult to call a waiter because there was no they were nearby.

GLUTEN FREE I'm sorry to leave this negative review because the owner is a wonderful person, attentive to customers and his employees. If it were only for him, I would leave a thousand stars. The gluten-free pizza on the other hand was the usual experience that leaves a bad taste in your mouth and makes you understand why it is called a "gluten-free diet". They can make 17 types of dough, but the supplement for the classic gluten-free one is €3 (almost double that of many pizzerias). I take a Sicilian pizza because in addition to capers and anchovies it had olives, thus paying €8.5+3 instead of €7 for the Roman one without olives. My partner's pizza arrives: beautiful, overflowing from the plate and full of toppings. Then mine arrives late: microscopic (the plate is even smaller so as not to show that it is half the size of the other) more corniche than anything else, very few ingredients of which I think barely mozzarella and 5 olives. The taste was also good, but the size and toppings were that of a baby pizza for children. Nothing to do with the normal pizza they make and as a celiac you feel cheated because as usual you are paying triple for a product that is half the price of that of people who are considered "normal". I was so angry that I didn't want to take anything else, I left hungry. I was there to say everything at the register, but the owner liked me so much that I couldn't. I hope that this review can help improve gluten-free products, not so much for the taste but for the care and attention with which they are offered: sure, we celiacs have a particular diet, but that doesn't mean we deserve different treatment. If a product is paid more, it must be the closest thing to the original product, now there are many gluten free pizzerias around and there are many incredibly good gluten free pizzas, because you always have to feel different even if you pay to be the same?

Mediocre gluten-free pizza. This mini review is aimed at those who are celiac like me and are looking for a good pizza. That of the Feudi is not. Very high, undercooked and leavened badly and as far as my personal taste is concerned it was also very unbalanced in terms of filling. The pizzas are disproportionately expensive compared to other pizzerias that offer better gluten-free pizza. For the rest the place is nice but really too crowded and noisy. They could try a little harder overall. Even the men's bathroom is disappointing (at 9.30pm it was already comparable to that of one of the worst service stations). I hope that next time the experience will be better, if so I will do the review again.

Good morning, I wanted to give you my most sincere compliments for your gluten-free pizza. Traveling a lot and traveling far and wide across Northern Italy, I have tried many, but yours is undoubtedly the best ever! The dough is exceptional, both in taste and digestibility, excellent cooking and the quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. It's rare to find a gluten-free pizza so well made that it tastes like a traditional pizza. Furthermore, Simone (Owner) and all the staff are very kind and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. See you soon! David

We were there this evening, there were eight of us. We found the staff friendly and very helpful. Good selection of proposals, even gluten-free! Excellent pizza, well leavened with good chosen products! Even for desserts! The selection of background music is beautiful, pleasant and non-intrusive! You offer great service! Thanks for the pleasant evening!
