Terrible service. Got a glass with a piece of sponge in it. Can happen, asked for a new one. The server took the glass with half my coke, brought a new (dirty) glass and did not bother to bring a new coke or at least refill what he took away.
Food was alright but nothing special, wine tasted like cork and was sour. Went there for the gluten-free options.
At the end they charged a 5€ coperto per person which is given the service was poor and there was no bread or water included ridiculous. I think in our case at least for one person it should have been waved.
There are so many other gluten-free options around, opt for one of those because the service of this one is just terrible…
Already expecting to get the same copy paste answer everyone here got for their bad review, about how sorry they are but honestly I don’t think they are, if they were they at least would go into detail about what went wrong in their answer…
This evening I went to eat at Fresco with 3 friends. I should point out that I am celiac and we had chosen the place precisely because of this and also because I had eaten there other times so I knew the product.
This evening I ordered my gluten-free pizza and the waiter, as always very correct, informed me that there could be a risk of contamination etc. I decided to take it anyway.
The first two pizzas arrived at the table, including mine which, as soon as it arrived, I immediately understood that it was not gluten-free. Having been celiac for 12 years now, I can immediately understand when a product is gluten-free or when it is not. In addition, I know their gluten-free pizza and the one that arrived to me had neither the thickness nor the characteristics of their gluten-free pizza.
I pointed this out to the waiter who took the pizza away and later came back to give two slices of it to two of my friends. And of course, I was happy that he gave two slices to my friends, but I suffered the damage as a celiac. I waited twenty minutes for my pizza, which wasn't even as good as the other times, while my friends ate their dishes.
In the end, with the bill, I expected that they would have had a minimum of attention for the mistake made. Instead, no, I paid for my pizza, ate a pizza that didn't satisfy me, and what's more, they apologized for what happened only after I pointed out that the mistake made was extremely serious.
And I repeat, thanks for the two slices given to my friends, but in the meantime I was left, celiac, without pizza and having to wait some more time before being able to eat something.
