I recently visited this pizza place for the first time, eager to try it out and order three different pizzas. The staff informed me of their promotions and explained them in detail, which seemed great at first. However, when I tried to use the promotions, I ran into several issues that left me frustrated. For example, there was a promotion for an XL pizza with two toppings. I asked to add a third topping and pay extra for it, but I was told this wasn’t allowed. The price difference between the promotion and a regular 3-topping pizza was $15, which didn’t make sense. Why not allow customers to pay for additional toppings? Then, I considered one more promotion for two medium pizzas, each with two toppings (a total of four toppings). I asked if I could put three toppings on one pizza and one topping on the other, still sticking to the four-topping total. Again, this was denied. Although I wasn’t happy, I reluctantly agreed. Finally, I requested one of the medium pizzas to be gluten-free and offered to pay the difference. Once again, I was told this wasn’t possible, meaning I couldn’t use the promotion. At that point, I decided not to get pizza for myself and looked for other options. Ultimately, I ended up ordering two pizzas without any promotions, as this was what my wife wanted for a small party we were hosting. The overall experience was disappointing. The rigid rules around promotions make no sense and don’t allow for customer preferences or basic flexibility. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of the staff member who assisted me. He was nice, patient, and genuinely tried to help, but the policies tied his hands. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Came in on a Saturday a few minutes before closing and got the most welcoming service one can hope for. The food was fresh, and very flavourful. Ordered 4 different dishes and each one tasted different. The gluten free pizza was excellent!

They recently stepped up when i accidentally forgot to order the pizza in advance for a party and they accommodated several party pizzas and some gluten free options in a hurry! The BEST Pizza Nova in all of Canada. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Andrew and his staff are amazing. Andrew always makes my day. They always make sure you are satisfied with your order. I have become gluten intolerant and their gluten free crust is delicious. I recommend this Pizza Nova to everyone!

This place is truly amazing. I attended a party on Saturday February 17, 2024. It lives up to its name. The food was fantastic. They took into consideration my gluten free and allergy restriction diet. They made sure nothing was cross contaminated. They were on point. The servers were always available and took care of everything with a smile. Even with 20 people at our table they treated everyone with care.The musical talent was out of this world and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Worth the dining experience.

Great pizza, same great taste like always. They even have gluten free options. The women that usually helps us is very sweet and friendly. Sometimes wish they had more slice options available when I come in but it’s usually not a long wait, especially if they are making a fresh one.

We visited That's Italian after reading great recommendations on a local Facebook group. The staff were friendly and our antipastos were delicious. However, when our meals were brought out we were told the gluten free pizza would take a few extra minutes which was fine. But four of us had finished our meals, and the fifth person still hadn't received her gluten free pizza. We were told by 3 different waitresses "it's coming right out" in a span of 20 minutes. When I personally went up to ask the waitress about the pizza, she had checked with the chef who stated it would be another few minutes. At this point it had been 1 hour and 20 minutes since our order was entered into their system, and we were still waiting for one meal. The waitress mentioned she could give us a free dessert, however I asked if she could just do a bill discount instead since we had to leave & we were all full. She explained that the gluten free pizza has to be made separate which I completely understand and I appreciate the effort that's put into their allergy precautions, however 1 hour and 20 minutes is a little absurd. After she checked with the chef, she stated he's only willing to offer a dessert but due to the amount of time we'd had already been waiting, the waitress said she'd pay for the gluten free pizza herself. It's disappointing that the waitress could only provide this option by paying out of pocket. We were also there to celebrate a birthday, which was told to the staff who greeted us at the door but no celebration or anything was made, as they mentioned they'd do.

Excellent excellent gluten free pizza! Really the best gluten free pizza you will find! I had just cheese and had to ask again if it really was gluten free. You need to try it! The veal sandwich I was told was good, not the best, and not the biggest sandwich! You order your food at the counter and if you eat in they will bring it to your table. Overall good place.
