Bobs burgers is a red robin style Burger joint. Food was good, service was standard and prices are on par with the food. Many locations in Washington. A good solid burger joint conveniently located off the I5. They have a gluten free menu if you ask your server.
Food was delicious and nicely portioned. Menu clearly indicates gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy/nut information. Our server was knowledgeable, personable, and unobtrusive. Our table was by the window with views across the bay to Vancouver, BC.
Came here for a celebration dinner so wasn’t sure what I’d be able to eat being gluten free. I hadn’t found any reviews mentioning it so was hoping they could work with me. The waiter suggested one of their steaks as he said their seasonings did not contain gluten. Regarding sides, he suggested the baked potato. I mentioned that I’m also dairy free and asked if it would be possible to get the potato without butter. The server informed me that it was no problem and offered as an alternative to put their herbed olive oil on top. The dish also came with a broccoli cauliflower mix which is typically cooked in butter but they steamed it instead. Overall there weren’t a lot of options to eat here but I was grateful that they were willing to work with my dietary restrictions so that I could eat alongside my companions for this celebratory dinner.
We walked over from the truck stop. We ordered for carryout. 3 items- a calzone, a medium (cauliflower crust) pepperoni pizza, and 8 bone in wings. It was just under $30 as a promotion including tax but not including tip.
I LOVE that they have a gluten free option- the cauliflower crust is gluten free, but they say they can't be sure of cross contamination which is typical for a pizza place. My sensitivity is ok with a little cross contamination so this was fine for me.
My husband ate the calzone, he said it was really good and a nice size.
I ate the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza. The crust is definitely gluten free and I think it'll get soggy if I don't eat it quick enough, which is sad. I'm not sure how other places do it where it's not soggy, but this is not typical. The crust was also burnt on one side. The pepperoni was good, I always wish there was more but I get it. $2 for an extra topping is crazy to me but I think this area is expensive.
The wings I'm saving for later, but my husband had one and he said it was a very good wing.
The service was great- the person at the counter was very friendly and let us know our order had about 3 minutes left.
There is a small arcade here- mostly claw machines and separately a couple pinball machines. They have a change machine for the pinball machines (they take quarters) and a game card machine for the others. They also had a prize counter.
I'd come back, hopefully they can work out the crust not being so soggy, and maybe adding the option for extra crust flavor (like seasoning before the rest of the pizza gets put on it.)
