Just had such a bad customer service experience. When my husband and I ordered two gluten free subs the woman had an attitude when we told her it was an allergy, when I told her I was pregnant and needed my meat grilled she yelled back at the person on grill and they both implied in their tone that it was a massive hassle. I decided to leave and try a different Jersey Mikes as other locations have been much more accommodating about the gluten allergy and pregnancy. So thankful JM offers amazing gf bread, but this location’s customer service was the OPPOSITE of hospitable :(
The food here is delicious and fresh. They can accommodate gluten free needs very easily, which I greatly appreciate. This is a must have for easy, to-go food in JC!
Had the mahi mahi tacos and a blackberry ginger mule. Both were awesome! My dinner companion is gluten-free (celiac), and the waitstaff was honest about her menu options and very caring.
Great place with amazing smoothies! The person helping me was very knowledgeable about gluten and wheat allergies, explaining that their new granola has contamination issues. They were pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. Their prices are a bit high but at least I know I won’t get something I can’t have from here.
Super happy, friendly employees. You could tell by the atmosphere that they enjoyed working together. They were very mindful and accommodating for my daughter who can not have gluten. The Subs were fantastic!!! Probably the best subs in the aera. We will go back and recommend to others.
