Courtlin was so helpful when taking our order. I have Celiac disease. She kindly gave me the allergen menu. There is also a resource on Smashburger’s website called the “nutrition calculator”. You can put in your allergy (mine is wheat or gluten) and it will tell you how to order a certain item in order to make it safe for you. So instead of it just saying that the burger includes gluten, it told me that without the bun, it was gluten free. We all enjoyed our meal, me most of all because it is so difficult to find safe places to eat when we are on a 12 hour road trip.

I would like to recognize the staff here for their great service. One person in particular, Katie. Katie was absolutely amazing from the time we sat down, till even after we had finished. After our meal, I had expressed to her how multiple places I have been to lately the customer service was strongly lacking, and how I truly enjoyed her hospitality. In addition, I'm a vegetarian and gluten intolerant, and she was very mindful of my requests and needs.
