I wanted to surprise my mother with gf cupcakes on her birthday because she has celiac. I drove 45 minutes. The cupcakes looked amazing, but tasted not very good. The icing was hard and the cupcake was a sticky texture. Maybe they have other good things idk, but I won’t be trying this place again.😕
Beautiful resturant. Extremely busy but still was seated promptly and had wonderful service. Loved having gluten free options! My husband's new favorite food so we will certainly be returning, hopefully on a less busy day! Fans outside would be a nice addition to the resturant during the summer months!
This place is my go-to for well over two years since I was diagnosed with celiac disease! They never gluten me and take very careful precautions with gluten-free meals, and half their menu is naturally gluten-free!!! it’s a dream come true.
I’d like to give a special kudos to Marcos, who is my regular server. I do even seen him out and about in Johns Creek and he recognizes me! If you have gluten specific needs, they take such good care of you. And there’s no substitutions to make the food taste different when it’s gluten-free, it’s just naturally like that! I can enjoy it with my whole family and I come here about two or three times per month. If I was rich, I’d be here every other day. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious, I can’t recommend it enough.
Great breakfast today! No wait, great service and wonderful options. Enjoyed the gluten free menu. Had the sweet Carolina skillet and subbed the Mozerella cheese for Jack cheddar, it was so good!
Our server Jackie was so sweet! The Gluten Free Flowerless chocolate cake she highly recommended was everything she said it would be.
It took having a second cake to say Wow this is incredible!😊
My 1st cake was cold,
Great breakfast spot. I had corned beef hash. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My wife said it’s the best gluten free pancake she’s ever had. We’ll be back.
Great gluten free crust, GF cauliflower crust and regular. Their vegan cheese is very nice as well. It has a nice consistency and a mild flavor. The staff was super kind and helpful!
We were seated immediately upon arrival for our reservation, which was a great start. Our server—Christi, I believe—was absolutely outstanding: attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food came out quickly and was packed with flavor.
There are plenty of gluten-free options, which we really appreciated. My girlfriend said the pesto was the best she’s ever had, and she raved about the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. The calamari came in a generous portion and was perfectly cooked.
To top it all off, we had a butterscotch crème brûlée that completely knocked it out of the park. An unforgettable meal from start to finish.
Nina V. was our waitress that greeted us with a warm smile. This young mature lady ensured we didn't have to wait for seating. She helped us understand some items on the menu and she was willing to ask the kitchen a couple of questions we had due to our gluten allergy and our preference for turkey sausage. The accumulation of the smallest things made us so happy, including being able to request seating on their outdoor patio with the extra large umbrella tables. My fiance didn't want to be in the sun, so it made the perfect compromise. We enjoyed a hot breakfast meal and reasonably price so we will be returning again!
This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! The service and the food were phenomenal! The gluten free pizza is incredible (this coming from someone who is very critical of gluten free food). Even our little one, who is picky, devoured his! All of it was delicious!
Just went here for a birthday dinner. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Loved our waitress. Tons of gluten free options. Wonderful drink menu. Ate the best pork chops we've ever had. Oh, and the banana pudding creme brulee. We had the cheese plates. Fried chicken. Fried green tomatoes. Everything was so good.
I love this place. I come here at least twice a week. They have so many options and they even have gluten free granola, you just have to ask! I said I was celiac and the girl at the counter went "oh we will change our gloves before we make yours" which I really really appreciated. Not everyone does that!
Our meals are always so good - lots of flavor, good quality, and kids love it! They have many healthy and gluten free options. The staff is also very friendly!
The food is pretty good but the atmosphere is not cozy. Cold and industrial feeling . Music is to loud. My biggest problem is they no longer have gluten-free buns this is 2025!!!
Place is really beautiful. My review is for Gluten Free. Which they do accommodate. They have decent GF bun, not great but fine, and good fries. Like everyone, they up charge for gluten-free, which is totally expected for actual gluten-free items.
But an additional up charge to use the gluten-free fryer, for the brussels sprouts? That is wild. I’m 15 years into a gluten allergy, and while I appreciate places that accommodate, Come on you are now nickel and diming us.
I think the server was fine, we had a lot of requests to remove cheese and other sauces from things which might’ve been too much for her. But I still believe she put in everything correctly and a bunch of stuff came out with the wrong dressing and cheese on it. Overall, a very good spot, I just wouldn’t bring children back here since their food has to be made perfectly
For sure, the first time ever in the world seeing an up charge to use a gluten-free accommodating fryer. This just can’t be inflation.
While the food was okay the service was horrendous. The waiter first came out with our drink orders telling us not to switch seats because thats how he keeps up with tabs. Normally not a big deal but then when ordering one of our party of 6 had a questions on sides as they were not readily listed. He then proceeded to huff and pick up a menu to show him the sides. One in our party has a severe gluten allergy and she asked several questions about the gluten free items. She the decided on a sandwich. When are food came out I had ordered the taverns benedict, my husband the regular benedict. We both received the same thing then the gluten free sandwich came out with out bread. They then recycled the eggs from the wrong order and added them to the correct order. The waiter then cane told us that he didn't know the sandwich gf sandwich did not come with bread but they had a sample that was dropped off she could try. She then asked for a manager because this is a life threatening allergy and she wanted to get someone knowledgeable about the menu and allergy. Well he came out and told her they don't have gf bread or buns of any kind and that loaf was someones personal gf bread. She ended up with a salad that they competed. While the food wasn't bad mine wasn't even slightly warm and the service was terrible.
Clean Juice, I love your food, but please reconsider your sandwich packaging. Gluten free bread has a different consistency than regular bread, and the paper lining of your wrappers gets stuck to the food! I thought it was a one off but it happened again. GF bread probably needs a different wrapper or maybe container to prevent this
We were 6 people for a birthday celebration. The food is top quality so the prices are warranted. We had 2 people at the table who eat gluten free due to Celiac Disease and they take that very seriously. Everything that they brought to the table they told us if we could eat it and if there was the potential for cross contamination in case we wanted to share. Our server Skylar was great. As busy as she was we never had to wait too long for her to come around to check on us. I would definitely go back.
Our first time here, and definitely not our last! We were celebrating me being cancer-free from Stage 4 throat cancer! 🙌🏼🎉🤍🙏🏼 Maily was our server, and she was phenomenal!!! Her service and attention to detail was top notch!
Short ribs, Pad Thai, Crab Fried Rice, and Green Curry were our orders. Started with coconut soup, basil spring rolls, coconut shrimp & cucumber salad. All of this sounds like ordinary dishes, but they were anything but that!!! The presentation on each dish and drink had so much thought put into it, adorned with the most beautiful flowers, colors, design.
At the end of dinner they surprised me with a HUGE coconut cake & when they knew I was gluten-free, they brought me a chocolate gelato. Both of which are handmade in the back from scratch. Tears filled my eyes - it was such a special meal from start to finish, but that was the PERFECT ending to an already FABULOUS meal!
Beyond grateful for the staff, the entire experience! And God, for helping me beat the huge C! 🙏🏼🤍
My favorite place! I have celiac, and they really are wonderful for gluten free options. The food is amazing- sangrias on point. Very happy a atl gal can get some good food up here now!
Roman our waiter was fantastic. I am gluten free and he made sure everything was safe for me. The food was phenomenal. Highly recommended this restaurant.
Adorable location and delicious bowl. I had tropical bowl with peanut butter and it was perfect! Their GF granola is really nice (you have to ask specifically that it be prepared with gluten free granola and they charge it as an add on if it’s GF even if the bowl already comes with granola).
They offer military discount.
Love eating outside. Fish n chips amazing. My hamburger twice has been way undercooked - raw in the middle which is not medium well. Fries are delish. Both last visits they didn’t bring cutlery until after the food came. I also ordered gluten free burger no bun but it came on a bun. Not sure if we will be back.
First of all, I will start out by saying the food was wonderful. I had no issue with the food. The price of the food, however, was borderline ridiculous. The "market value" pricing of many items on the menu ended up being a lot more than what it's really worth, and my friends and I were led to believe that salads came with the $20 entrees when in fact the salads were each around $8.50 extra, minimum. I was asked if I wanted chicken or shrimp on my gluten free carbonara, which at nearly $20 for a decent (but not large) amount of pasta, was already a lot to pay. Little did I know that 4 shrimp (just your average sized shrimp) was going to cost me an $11 extra and make my entree come out to $31. That's just the entree, not including the starter listed at "market value" which was an arrangement of salami, tomato and mozzarella that cost nearly half the price of the entree with the shrimp. While the cost was a surprise, the BIGGEST issue we had was the wait. With reservations made earlier in the day to be seated outside at 7:45 PM (since the inside was full), we were made to wait on the benches outside until 8:20 PM, a full 35 minutes later than our table was supposedly reserved for. While the food was great, the $144 (before tip) total for four people to each have a salad and a pasta entree was neither expected nor welcomed. Be very careful to inquire about pricing if you eat here, and be aware your reservations don't necessarily mean you get seated to eat within the first 35 minutes of being there.
When I thought this place couldn’t get any better, they opened a new location right in the heart of Alpharetta! I’ve always been a fan of the Johns Creek spot, and now there’s even more reason to love it. Every dish here is crafted with so much love, creativity, and thoughtfulness. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, with passion infused into every plate.
The staff makes the experience even better—special shout-out to our servers Di and Ashton. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The chef’s talent is evident, with years of experience reflected in every dish. This isn’t just a business—it’s her passion, and it shows.
Some of my favorites? The gluten-free pancakes are outstanding, and the breakfast tacos are a must-try. I’m also a huge fan of the tostada at the Johns Creek location—it’s worth the drive if you can swing it! And don’t even get me started on the turmeric tonic—it’s absolutely refreshing.
On top of the delicious food, the décor is stunning. You can see the care that went into every detail of the space. It’s thoughtfully curated, adding to the experience.
Just a heads-up: you will probably have to wait, but trust me—it’s worth every minute. If patience isn’t your strong suit, maybe save it for a day when you have time to relax. But if you do wait, you’ll be rewarded with one of the best meals around. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere with reasonable prices! They have accommodations on the menu for gluten free and everything is made from scratch because of the wonderful Chef Anna. This place is amazing from the fun drinks, to the impecable service, to the mouth watering food.
Good quality with a clean flavor. A bit on the pricey side but not bad for a date night. We are regular and come here at least once a month and they are very accommodating to us as we usually have to modify because of a gluten allergy. The sushi portions are decent and usually takes 4 rolls to satisfy the 2 of us. Their house hot sake is good and on the cheaper side. The Casanova is our favorite roll.
One of the worst meals I have had. The date of my visit was January 17th for my son’s 18th birthday. Unfortunately, due to the occasion and being with friends, I did not take any photos. We really wanted this to be a special meal to celebrate and it was so disappointing. I was here was about a year before and the food was good but the quality has significantly and detrimentally changed. I did attempt to reach a manager before writing this review but did not receive a call back. I will go through our dishes and the issues:
Oysters Rockefeller-the oysters were too small for the amount of topping, and the topping seems like it probably doubled for a spinach dip that should’ve been served with chips.
Wedge salad- no crispness to the lettuce. We ordered two of these and one came drenched in salad dressing. The other one barely had any.
Chilean Salmon dinner- 2 of us ordered this and it was so tasteless that we sent it back, and I mean completely tasteless
3 16 oz ribeye steaks- the seasoning was tasteful but all 3 were so thin they looked like breakfast steaks , I would never even serve these at home. I’ve eaten at high end restaurants for 20+years and there is no way these were 16 oz OR prime beef!
Strip steak-again, very thin and tough. I question the cut and quality of beef.
Pork belly and tuna tartare appetizers, and Caesar salad - the only bright spots
They did bring out a dessert for my son’s birthday, but they knew he was gluten-free and brought out cake!
When I evaluate all of the issues with our food, I think the problem it is in the quality of food they’re serving, and they’re trying to cover it up with the preparation.
For a meal that cost just under $700 (only one alcoholic drink and maybe 1 soda, 1 coffee) we could have done so much better.

Excellent build-your-own salads at a reasonable price and tons of options. There are few restaurants with salad bars, so it's nice to have this addition to the area. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and the restaurant was clean. Items are clearly labeled for vegan and gluten free ingredients which is appreciated!
Great atmosphere. This is a house converted into a restaurant. Great menu. Great service. Downsides: if you have allergies or are eating gluten-free, their menu says you’re out of luck. If you want the spice level adjusted, they can’t do anything about it. We had a very enjoyable evening and wanted to order another round of drinks but the bartender had already closed for the night. No problem. Then we see them still delivering meals to other tables half an hour later. Seems strange to close the bar before all tables are served.
The food and service is amazing. It's a fun place to go with friends or on a date. The skirt steak and hamburger are amazing--the meat is cooked perfectly to your specification and is quite flavorful. The tapas are also delicious. Many of the options are gluten free. The live music is great, too. Highly recommend
