GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE! Came here for some gelato! Was very pleased to find a gluten and dairy free option which was VERY good. They had some other gf treats, the employees were very kind and helpful and the atmosphere is peaceful and happy. I would recommend going here. Nice place.

Gluten free and ate here during happy hour, and I was sadly disappointed. I chose this place because I was craving soup (bistro=soups and sandwiches to me), and they had 1 non-gf soup on the menu. The server said there was a green chili special as well, but for my only option i wasn't feeling it. So I had the 2 for 1 apps instead. I don't love seafood, so my options were Elote, Saganaki, and Sweet Potatoes. I ordered the first two, then I'm told the Saganaki can actually not be made gf despite the menu saying so...again, just going with my literal only options, then. The Elote toppings were good, but the corn was not actually char-broiled (just boiled), and there were inedible shards of corn rib in the chopped up corn. Also extremely messy to eat for the upscale atmosphere, but that's fine. The sweet potatoes were okay, but they were cut into wedges that weren't evenly cut, so while some bits were crispy to borderline burnt, others were rather soft and almost undercooked. The best part was the aioli. Finally, I ordered their mint tea on the menu, but they said they only had the earl grey and a pomegranate green tea. I went for the latter, and realized halfway through the pot that it was a 3rd unlisted option: chamomile. I needed caffeine, so I asked the server for the green tea, she took away my pot, and returned saying they actually only had the chamomile and earl grey...The server was really kind the whole time and comped the tea. Maybe it's supply chain issues being up in the mountains, maybe they just need to update their very small menu. Either way, this place is not worth even the $25 I spent.

I go here every time I head to the mountains from Boulder. It’s so easy to get gluten free and vegan options. It’s cheap, so yummy, the portions are huge, the service is AMAZING, And they’re fast. What more can you ask for??

I have been here multiple times, and most of the time it is a great experience. This time, was very disappointing however. I ordered a bistro burger with sweet potato fries and chicken wings, which they assured me last time I was there that they were gluten free. This time I was told they weren't (which would explain the allergic reaction I had). I got the burger on a gluten free bun with a salad. The salad was good; however, the bun was not gluten free. Luckily I didn't eat it and was able to send it back for a gluten free one. Instead of making a new burger, they just switched the buns. Luckily for me, I'm not deathly allergic; however I am now sitting in my car taking bynadrel because of the reaction. Very disappointing.
