If you’re EVER near Denver, this is a must stop. I live in Colorado Springs and have already warned my partner that their gluten free Nutella pizza will be a pregnancy craving in the future we’re def driving for. 😂 They use gluten removed wheat starch from Italy (celiac safe but not safe for a wheat allergy) and separate prep areas and ovens for gluten free orders. Their fried eggplant is also one of the best meals I’ve ever had from a restaurant. They do have vegan cheese options too.

The food was definitely below average quality for the cost and while they have a gluten free bun it is *dry*. I’d go somewhere else.

we were looking for the best Thai food downtown and this place was it. the atmosphere is very open, with great decor and an open kitchen/bar in the center of the room. that being said, it wasn't loud and we were able to have a pleasant conversation seated by the wall. Our server was attentive to our dietary needs (gluten free) and preferences (ultra spicy). she made sure we would get food that we could eat and enjoy and even brought extra spice when requested. the food was tremendous, perfectly cooked noodles and balanced flavor.

Pizza 3.14 is an absolute gem! As someone who eats gluten-free, I’m often disappointed by the options out there—but not here. Their gluten-free pizza is hands-down the best I’ve had—crispy, flavorful, and made with care. Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Whether you’re there for a quick bite or a night out, the vibe is always upbeat. And the staff? They’re just awesome—friendly, engaging, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza and an even better experience!
