1st time visiting but certainly wont be the last. Food was absolutely delicious, and practically everything had a gluten free alternative which as a coeliac is a dream come true.
Staff were friendly and attentive, couldnt fault a thing.
First time coming here and loved it so much!! The staff are lovely and they have lots of gluten free options including cakes and cookies đȘ đ°definitely will be coming back
Fabulous menu, especially as whole menu is gluten & dairy free (which i am). Food was incredible. Service was a little slow, we also had to move tables. Would definitely go back again.
Really disappointing visit yesterday. The new venue was welcoming, but chilly. I didn't feel it was much warmer inside than out. I ordered gluten free salted caramel chocolate brownie. I struggled to cut it with a fork, it was so hard and could barely taste salted caramel. The cocoa flavour overpowered it. My friend ordered a victoria sponge. It was a victoria cake not sponge, it was very heavy and dense, not light at all. The coffee was very strong too. We did mention our comments, but it was brushed off with 'i'll feedback to the kitchen '. It wasn't the same experience as the last time we went.
Absolutely loved it here!
So many gluten free options, coeliac friendly, and all food was vegan but didnât even think about it, it was so good! I was kinda expecting pizza for âsliceâ and dice so it was a surprise to be plant-based but I was really impressed with the options. The aubergine rice bowl was so good, I definitely recommend that.
It was ÂŁ4.50 per person for 4 hours, unfortunately I booked at 7pm online and didnât realise it closed at 10pm so only got 3 hours, but still had a great time trying some new games. Tiny Towns was a personal favourite, as I like a puzzle game, also enjoyed Shoot for the Stars which is a guessing trivia kind of game.
The staff here are amazing, super friendly, great with suggestions for games and helping you get started with new ones - it can be a bit daunting looking at the instructions and not knowing where to start but they were super happy to help.
Their mint tea was fresh mint and that was lovely and refreshing. Also they were very reassuring and knowledgeable on food options. We felt very well looked after.
It was very relaxed and chilled out, and I thoroughly enjoyed an evening here - look forward to coming back again soon and trying some more games!
Excellent coeliac-friendly all day breakfast place, gorgeous views of Elm Hill and the cobbled streets. Really appreciated the care and attention in making sure it was gluten free. Very dog friendly, my two pups had a lovely time watching people walk past! Definitely book ahead if you can.
Excellent dinner brunch/ coffee's enjoyed and the dog enjoyed his biscuits! Catered well for gluten free. If you do not like/want an item included on each plater they offer to replace it with something else! Very reasonable prices as well. Thank you.
Friendly helpful staff. Nice carvery meal apart from the gluten free yorkshire pudding who ever idea it was to change to that was definitely a bad 1. Sooner you go back to how they were originally the better.
Great little spot for a cuppa or bite to eat. Lovely decent coffee, alternative milks available too. Menu range isnât big but food is good. Gluten free bread is often available so sandwiches can also be made gf, great attention and checking from staff on dietary requirements. Always have really good cakes available, many gf options too! Staff are cheery and helpful, service is quick. Not enormous, but the shared table at the back is big enough for quite a few people to sit at if you donât mind a couple of strangers for company. Courtyard at the back is my favourite spot to sit and read over a tea, especially in summer. Also dog friendly, so brilliant spot for a bit of dog watching, or to chill out with your furry friends. Dog water bowls often outside the front. Brilliant place. Only drawback is how busy it gets, sometimes at the weekend itâs hard to find a free seat!
Decided to go out for a late lunch on Sunday with my two Grandmothers, one of whom has Coeliac so cannot have any wheat or gluten. Our server, Alex, went through all the items she could have and the kitchen were kind enough to alter a dish to ensure she was well accommodated.
The food was absolutely delicious, and even though it was a Sunday afternoon, it didn't feel crowded.
Definitely would go again!
Excellent evening out, really nice environment and well priced.
Donât be put off by the stairs at the front if youâre a wheelchair user, theyâve got a really good portable ramp to get you up the front steps and the little step once inside and a disabled toilet.
All the staff were really friendly and helpful but particularly impressed by the lady with the shaved head, didnât catch her name but she said it was her second day at the Norwich location, she went above and beyond running back and forth to double check food items for my partnerâs specific dietary requirements. It was very much appreciated.
I would give 5 stars if brewdog were able to do fries that arenât cooked in the same fryer as other items containing gluten and dairy!
Could not fault this place, the interior was beautiful and the cocktails were something else. Had such a wonderful 20th birthday here. So many options to choose from for both drinks and food. Even caters for gluten free which was perfect for one of my friends. The staff were on point with the service and also were very friendly . Would recommend 100x đ
Great atmosphere, there is also a local cat that comes and visit who is super friendly and lovely.
They were really good about allergies and double checked each item to make sure nothing would affect my partner who is both gluten and dairy intolerant.
Also huge portions! So plenty to take home at the end.
Lovely cafe, extensive breakfast and brunch options with clearly labelled allergens and veggie, vegan, or gluten free options available for almost everything. Alternative milk options for coffee too!
Dogs allowed inside and out, and a sunny outdoor terrace!
An excellent choice for a nostalgia trip back to Norwich, 15min walk from the station and 20mins from Tombland up/down Gas Hill. Donât expect 5 star luxury but you get a genuine guest house pub with large rooms containing iron/hairdrier/coffee machine and even an EV charger in the car park though you may need to wait if itâs in use by the owner. Breakfast was fantastic with fruit/cereal/yoghurt including gluten free options as well as a cooked to order range of full English that arrives hot. There is a vegan option which curiously arrived with butter but they have dairy free spread (you have to ask for jam) and the large veggie brekkie was colossal! Room 4 seemed to be in the progress of an update with some missing tiles and a shower gel dispenser that was curiously by the sink away from the shower and the room WiFi seemed to stop working but the pub free Wifi worked fine. Overall, good value accommodation with large rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and a genuine pub within easy reach of the city as well as the close by Lion Wood, Kettâs Heights, St James Viewpoint & Rosary Cemetery
Popped in after an afternoon Christmas shopping. This place was close and cute with a nice feeling. It offers home
Cooked food early doors only. Gluten free and vegan is an option. They even do GF cocktails. We went as a couple would be great with friends.
Went to The Food Vault today for some food having never been before, I got a beef baguette with stuffing and gravy, my mother got a sausage roll and we shared a cheese scone. The baguette was lovely, 10/10 on that, and for ÂŁ5.95 you really can't go wrong. Mums sausage roll was also cracking, according to her and 8/10 (she's rather picky though, this is a very high score for her). Mums only criticism being that it was a tad greasy for her liking. The cheese scone fell off slightly, a little dry for us both but we suspected this is because it was gluten free. Service was a 10/10 absolutey lovely gentleman behind the counter, very helpful service with a smile. Lovely atmosphere with all sorts of trinkets, mugs and artwork for sale. An overall 5â's.
I only gave the food one star less as the selection is a bit limited if you're gluten free. The food I did order, though was delicious! The artichoke was the best, and the beetroot / lovage salad and French onion soup was full of flavour - of the right kind. Lou's service was attentive but not invasive and when the soup turned up with a big chunk of bread, she offered a completely new bowl for me. All the dishes arrived within 10 mins. Clean and comfortable environment.
Oishii Street Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in the city.
I've dined in the restaurant and had takeaway, and the food is incredible either way. The staff at the restaurant are lovely, and the atmosphere is brilliant. I've had quite a few different burgers from this restaurant, and each one has consistently been brilliant. I've had both the meat burgers and the vegan burgers, and they both hold up.
They have good dietary options (vegan, gluten free) with allergens clearly listed on their online menu.
I couldn't recommend this restaurant more, and I tell pretty much anyone who will listen that they have to try this place out.
Lovely little cafe, outside parking, beautiful interior, slightly overpriced for local population, food of a good standard with a wide range of choices, limited options for some dietary requirements such as gluten free, had breakfast but they also have a large cake selection!
How delicious! They even had a gluten free option, both for food and beer! They even have gluten free draft beer!!!

An excellent find - great atmosphere in this upmarket part of Norwich. Coffee was high quality with a deep rich taste. Lots of excellent gluten free cake choices. We will be back soon.
