Such a lovely little cafe in Newcastle. I was impressed to learn they collaborated with Teapigs to make the Apple and cinnamon tea, which is delicious! The cakes from here are nice and freshly made - I miss having them, so recommend if you can. Not sure if they do coeliac friendly gluten-free cakes. It is quite a pricey cafe, but pleasant with nice staff.

Christmas dinner was excellent and the Seitan "Turkey" more tasty than real Turkey. My friend had Gluten free Lasagne which was lovely for her.

We recently visited The Pitcher and Piano in Newcastle for a family celebration with a party of ten, one of whom has celiac disease. The venue, located right by the Quayside, boasts stunning views of the river and the Millennium Bridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, ensuring we all felt well cared for. They were also mindful of dietary requirements, offering suitable options for our guest with celiac disease. The menu featured good pub food with a twist. Our group enjoyed a range of dishes, from classic burger and chips and fish and chips to more adventurous Asian-fusion cuisine like bang bang cauliflower and tacos. The food was delicious and catered to a variety of tastes. We found the prices reasonable, providing good value for the quality of food and service. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again.

I feel so lucky to have Wokify close to my home. A great range of tasty food and the staff are always willing to go the extra mile. I tend to come and get take out, my food is made quickly while I wait in the seating area. I have Coeliac disease and I’m able to choose from a variety of dishes that can be made gluten free. I feel safe eating here with my dietary requirements.
