4 of us went for lunch on a Saturday. What can I say, everything was perfect. Excellent good quality food. They have an excellent choice for gluten-free, with a separate menu, even for desserts. We soon had a starter of culatello and ham and fried cake, excellent products, then everyone ordered a first course which completely satisfied them. I had a very tender duck breast. Fast and friendly service. The only flaw, the only one who had dessert, lemon cake, didn't particularly like it because it was a little cold. Definitely coming back!

One of the best food experience of my entire life ❤️❤️❤️ as Hygienist and vegan my standards are really high but the quality, research and preparation of the food here it's absolutely top notch 🪄 all without gluten, butter and even no sugar in the desserts and they are out of this world. All framed in a beautiful relaxing environment, it made my day. Such a beautiful pearl and surprise in the capital city of ham and meat 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I always happily return to Humus because it is one of the very few restaurants/bistros in Parma where I can find excellent gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. They deserve much more visibility!
