Amazing gluten free menu and service. These folks know what they are doing! GF food served on different coloured plates. So many pasta choices, pizzas and desserts. GF calamari, bruschetta and so much more. So happy Atly helped me find it ❤️

Ben and Naomi have put together easily one of the best cafes I've ever been to. I only visited twice while in Montreal, but I left feeling like I was a regular. The bread is amazing, the pastries are divine, and the classic Italian-style espresso is some of the best I've had outside of Europe. Whether or not you have Celiac, gluten sensitivity, any other allergies or none at all, I cannot recommend this little fallen piece of Elysium enough.

vancouver’s cutest (and tastiest) ice cream sandwich spot! 🍪🍨 Innocent Ice Cream Parlour is such a gem — gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and absolutely packed with flavor. I grabbed a cookie sandwich with chocolate mint ice cream and it blew me away. The cookies are soft, the ice cream is rich, and the vibe is super cozy with its pink-themed decor. Great spot for a late-night treat! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the fact that it’s allergy-conscious makes it a go-to for everyone. Highly recommend if you're craving something sweet, stylish, and inclusive.
