HOLYYYYY MOLYYYYY. Everything we tasted was absolutely lip smackingly delicious and we cannot wait to come back to taste more 🤤 Best parma we’ve ever had, juicy fried chicken and even the salad was so good! Thank you for keeping the kitchen 100% GF which makes it a safe haven for us coeliacs too. See you again soon!
Delightful community hub with retro decor and delightful food and drinks, vegan and gluten free options and bakery treats. Most notably the staff are delightful and engaging despite being always flat out! Cherry and Mags are my favourites 💜💛
I truly hate leaving bad reviews but be careful eating here if you are coeliac, yes they advertise everything as though their entire menu is gluten free and safe for coeliacs but they use regular gluten containing cones?!? As the default. So I got a scoop on Thursday afternoon excited to finally have a scoop in a cone as that is rare for us, I didn’t clarify it was gluten free because I saw “coeliac Australia accredited” and “entire gelato menu gluten free” not for a second would I think they would be using normal cones. I spent the rest of the day vomiting violently. I also sent them a message on instagram asking why they would even bother using normal cones in an otherwise entirely gluten free establishment let alone to have them as the default, and received no reply. A real shame as I was so looking forward to just enjoying a safe ice cream without having to make a song and dance about being coeliac as we always do, to just order food like a normal person this is the benefit of entirely gf businesses. It makes no sense to me why you wouldn’t just commit to making your business entirely safe for coeliacs if all the flavours are????
We stopped in randomly while travelling back to the Western suburbs and wow this was an amazing treat! Some of the best gluten free pizza/pasta I’ve ever had! Worth travelling back for :) thank you!
Customer service was brilliant. Thank you to the manager who came over and spoke to us about the arrangements for catering for my celiac daughter. He was absolutely lovely and we were so happy with how you guys handled it. It made a massive difference to our little one who was delighted we could stay and eat at the brewery. Thanks again. We appreciate the extra mile you guys went to. Ps. Your West Coast IPA is magic!
Easily the BEST coffee in Melbourne, always consistent no matter what time of day or who is behind the machine. The freshest quality ingredients, absolutely love their breakfast/ lunch menu, there’s something for everyone, even my celiac partner can dine in, no problems as staff are so understanding and knowledgeable. The staff at JD are so friendly, they really do make an effort to get to know customers and make us feel welcome every single time. One of the best cafe’s in Melbourne, consistently good coffee, good food and the best vibes.
OH and if you ever spot their HOUSE MADE macarons, do yourselves a favour. The best macarons you’ll ever have 😍

Wonderful service from very attentive staff; lovely setting (especially for those with young children), and a menu that flexes for those that have dietary requirements (Dairy free, Gluten free options etc).
There is a market there where you can fill your own containers for things like rice, cereals, flour etc.
Also they provide you with a reusable coffee vessel for take away if you have forgotten your keepcup.
