Good vegetarian and gluten-free options made this a better choice than some of the nearby restaurants. The food was good, the waiting staff were terrific, one dish was late because it had been accidentally missed but the cost was taken off the bill and didn't ruin our experience in the slightest. Had a great time, would visit again.

I chanced upon this gem while strolling by, and I'm so glad I did! The food was top-notch, with the vegan, gluten-free pizza, dairy and vegan vanilla ice cream and crème brûlée being standouts, perfectly presented and delicious. The service was equally impressive; the team was friendly and attentive, making sure we enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to visit another of their restaurants!

Met My friend for lunch here Feb 2025 Fantastic from the start Good friendly welcome Shown to table inside which is decorated in an opulent style feels lovely comfortable seating Tables good size for dining Extensive menu and a full Gluten Free menu Friendly staff Harry was our waiter and he was personable friendly and helpful We chose starters and main My choices were from the Lunch menu 2 courses for £20 excellent value My friend had GF choices Food was lovely well presented and very tasty Thoroughly enjoyed everything Highly Recommended and will be back very soon Thank you Lucia Restaurant You have been amazing!

Lovely experience as always at Pizza Express on Museum Street. Food was fast to arrive and our waitress was super friendly and helpful throughout. As a Coeliac UK accredited restaurant, I always feel safe eating here. Our waitress even went to double check that the garlic butter was still gluten free as the gf label was no longer on the menu for this item. There is also 25% student discount available 6 days a week which is a fantastic offering. Food delicious as usual. Will be back soon!
