We were completely satisfied. We came with all our children 🐶🐶🐶🐶 My husband has celiac disease and was given his own menu and was able to choose from many dishes. Everything went well and we were able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The service staff was very friendly! Thank you!

Are you looking for a restaurant where RUDE is the order of the day? Well, welcome to Locanda del Molo. ENTRANCE As soon as we entered we communicated that we had booked for 9 people at 7.30pm with their surname and telephone number, the response was "Your reservation is not there". They realized that they had written the surname wrong, but the OWNER very arrogantly insists on the fact that we were the ones who made the mistake and booked for 7 people, not taking into account that she had already made two mistakes. Let's move on to this situation too, but the owner states again "I took the reservation" with a lot of arrogance and presumption. BOOKING AND WAITING Aside from the fact that I waited almost 40 minutes to receive the water, after ordering the pizzas they also forgot to ask us what we wanted to drink. Once the pizzas arrived we realized that something wasn't right, that is, they reversed the ingredients of the normal pizza with the gluten-free one, given the danger of contamination, it had to be the most precise and controlled one. The only positive part is the very popular pizza ingredients. (Photo attached) DESSERTS AND COMPLICATIONS The Bavarian (Photos attached), what can I say? It speaks for itself, the dessert arrived spoiled and sour and brought back by the waiter as per standard practice. Would you say they replaced it and at least apologized? I would say no. An instant later the OWNER rudely invites us (by now I would no longer be surprised) to get up because they had other people at the entrance waiting for the "second shift". COUNT AND EXIT FROM THE PREMISES When paying they blatantly ignored and omitted that the dessert had been sent back. Shortly afterwards the waiter confirms everything, then the scene is silent. An argument starts because they say that every morning they get fresh desserts from the pastry shop next door and so essentially we were the ones who invented the situation. Well we proceed with the payment and they confirm that the dessert has been removed from the bill expressly saying "in any case the dessert had not gone bad", luckily the photos speak for themselves. CONCLUSIONS The only thing that remains certain? Last time I will return to this place, the rudest staff in Genoa. The situation was truly paradoxical.

Oh my god, please go there and have a gluten free Cornetto or handmade pasta.. it.is.the.best.!!!!! Honestly the first cornetti ever that actually tasted like a real one. If I could, I’d eat there every day. The staff is super friendly too! Card payment is possible.
