Had a terrible experience at Gourmandise this week. Went in with 7 team members, and two of us orders the gluten free French dip. We were 90% of the way done with our sandwiches and both noticed MOLD on our bread. One was covering the whole corner and the other was a dot.
They gave us our meals for free and a gift card, but I was sick the whole rest of the day. Really disappointing.
Despite being constantly busy, our orders gets through and to us fast with no mistakes. Plus, it's In N Out, so there's that. I'm celiac and while it's not exactly safe, they do pretty well for a fast food place.
My wife and I went to about 4-5 different Costa Vidas before we found one that was consistently good, and this location is it. We're greeted every time we visit by Jose and Felipe who always load our entrees with excellent portions. My wife has a gluten allergy and appreciates the accommodations they make for her to help her feel safe eating there. The whole staff is just great and they all seem like they enjoy their job, which speaks through their service. The manager is a stand up guy too. This location has become our go-to meal every Saturday night and is worth the extra drive for us.
This place is so cool and DELICIOUS! I am gluten free and always a little nervous to try new places, but DANG! They had lots of gluten free options, and it was so yummy. The service was a little slow and we did have a long wait, especially since it wasn't very busy. TOTALLY WORTH IT! I can't wait to go back to the area so we can eat there again.
We loved this restaurant. Just ate there this week and we will definitely be back! Lots of gluten free options! So delicious. Great service. Really cute inside all decorated for Christmas.
Loved it.
I really love this place. The people that work here are so nice. And the food is always tasty. There’s a huge menu of options. I love that there is a gluten free crust too.
The food is so delicious. I have eaten here several times and I’ve never had anything that wasn’t absolutely wonderful! Such yummy and original food and I’m picky. The service is great too. We were seated immediately and not much of a wait for food at all. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I am a repeat customer. So happy that this restaurant has such a good location near residential neighborhoods and never any issues with finding a parking spot. Further, I love that they have delicious gluten free options as well. The wait staff was very helpful in recommending dishes as well.
Very quaint and just what I was looking for. Small and friendly mom and pop Gem!! Got fried rice and lettuce wraps. Very tasty! And I got massaman which was yummy friend got pad Thai super yummy and hubby got pho he said it was the best he’s had.
This place has house made
Sriracha sauce gluten free. Fantastic! And other gf house made sauces.
Her dishes are authentic and just an experience you need to have for yourself. We stayed later and the place cleared out and we got to chat with the owner/cook. Which made the experience that much better
Prices are super affordable and I will be coming back.
I used to get a great burger in spite of being gluten free. My last visit was awful. my burger looked like something from a happy meal. It was so small it was ridiculous. The freestyle machine was off and my drink was nasty. Really disappointing experience.
I love going to noodles because they have a mostly gluten free option.
But the past few times we’ve been to this location it’s been awful. This last time we went in to pick up an order the cook had her hair down and it was long. That was the first off putting thing, the order was wrong, it had a film on it. Just not good at all.
Overall I’d say my experience at Cliff Dining Pub was “okay.” The staff were all SO friendly and the view was beautiful! It was a beautiful day and our drink (the special) was delicious.
Unfortunately they rushed the food out to get us out the door so they could turn over tables since it was a Friday afternoon. That kinda stank, because we came there to relax and enjoy a nice afternoon on the beautiful patio and paid over $100 for a meal for two.
I asked the waitress what she liked and what to order, she recommended the steak and Mac and cheese so I decided to try that— surely the staff know what’s good and I love both steak and Mac and cheese! Underwhelmingly, the steak was gristly and drenched in a very overpowering balsamic glaze. The mac and cheese was cheesy but bland. I will say we enjoyed the Salmon. I barely ate my food and was disappointed that the waitress didn’t ask me how my meal was/if I was happy/etc.
The patio was beautiful but very quickly after we arrived (about 5pm on Friday) they closed the blinds on the patio and we could no longer see well, which was disappointing. The vibe on the patio was nice though, a good breeze, good music, and friendly staff.
Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed though I really wanted to enjoy it!! I think small tweaks to their menu and service could make their customers much happier. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their menu was very gluten -free friendly.
Awful experience. The second we walked in. Nobody greeted us.. that’s fine. Menus were sticky and gross… again, not a huge deal but just setting the tone.
Time to order.. I’m celiac.. tried to ask what GF options were. She didn’t know. Asked a chef.. chef literally handed her the bottle of dry rub “tell them to read it cause I don’t know” - pretty concerning considering it was the chef who should know about one of the top 8 allergens. It’s unfortunate how downhill this once thriving place used to be has gone.
We ended up leaving without ordering are currently a really yummy dinner next door at Goodwood
Small chain with quality food.
Possible to eat gluten-free.
The pork is exceptional, and the chicken perfectly spicy.
Really very friendly waitress.
Before going I sent an email to see if there were any gluten free options, I was answered immediately afterwards.
My first time at Hash Kitchen and it was amazing! I've seen the lines out the door on weekends, so a mid-day Friday get-out-of-the-office for brunch was in order and was a great time to go! We had the Benedict Fries as an opener with mimosas (duh), which were so yummy and gave us a preview of their hollandaise sauce on top of a zip with the roasted jalapeno on the side. I had a gluten free waffle with berries for my main. I haven't had a waffle (outside of being homemade in my own kitchen, boring) in years since my Celiac diagnosis, so this huge waffle hit the sweet spot with a hint of vanilla and maybe even a little almond and a fluffy inside. Top it all off with great service, fun vibes, and the 'Bad Idea' cocktail being the best idea ever - I'm definitely going back!
This Zupas was pretty sick! Although i recommend a gluten free bread option for those who are incapable of having normal bread. Jon is a cool guy, you should give him a yeah. Keep on chasing that Zupas clout king! I’m glad I got to go here!!!!! Overall I rate this one flinstones gummy out of one nuclear bomb
