Great vibes and tea selection, comfy seats. Love coming here to work, very LGBTQ friendly and welcoming too. I just wish they had tea refills but they have gluten free stuff so that makes up for it lol!

Been here several times and it never disappoints. Gluten free options are marked clearly and they are plenty. If you are not gluten-free, the ramen is some of the best in town.

Felt so cozy. Loved my arugula salmon salad. The gluten free bread was ridiculously yummy. The coffee was great and even received refills. It was so nice to relax there. Great service!

LT is a cozy, friendly, accessible and accommodating place to eat. I have celiac disease and mild soy and dairy allergies, and they work with me to make sure I have a delicious and interesting meal while keeping me safe. We are regular visitors to Nashville and when we are here we make it a point to eat at LT. You should too!

I wish I had taken a picture. I thought it was just a sandwich at first. And then I opened it up to realize that there was an entire galaxy in there. It was the most beautiful gluten-free dairy free sandwich I’ve ever ordered. And then, after taking a bite, I literally declared that it was the best sandwich I had ever eaten. Fact!!!
