We went to I Heart Mac & Cheese for a quick lunch as first timers today and although there was a short wait (they were busy!) it was absolutely worth it! We loooved the food which is hard to say for two people with gluten allergies. Had a great takeout experience. We were immediately helped at the counter and they had delicious & fresh bagels including Gluten Free. I had an everything bagel with nova , my wife the GF bagel and everything was excellent. I appreciated the coffee station and takeout supplies in their own area where I could serve myself while waiting for the food to be prepared. Appetizing food counters with various salads and an eat in dining area as well. We'll be back.

We have visited 4 Rivers fairly frequently for years. My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac and we would like to see more gluten free options.

I have not been to a Pei Wei in a long time. We were looking for Asian food; as well as, Gluten Free options. We tried the Mongolian Green Beans, Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Steak, Teriyaki Chicken, and Hot Honey Chicken. All items were made to order and served hot. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. The manager, Gary, even said welcome back after our first visit. The rewards program will give you a free entree for signing up. Inside the store is a sign for free donuts, If you leave a review and show manager. The food is good. i would recommend a visit.

Great food for a fast food Mexican restaurant. Starting with the chips and salsa and the jalapenos it's dynamite. I usually have the taquitos, they're delicious. The rice always seems to be cooked to perfection. I don't know how they do it. A great place to bring our friend's daughter who is gluten-free and they even have vegan options. Can't go wrong for a good lunch here. I always enjoy a margarita too.

This place is amazing! The food is really fresh, healthy, tasty and they have a variety of options! I’m gluten free and dairy free and I always have a vlast here! The owner Andy is very caring and professional! He’s always there helping the customers and serving his people passionately! My kids love the bowls and always ask for the adult size even though the kids portions are huge! Their açai bowls are AMAZING and traditional from Brazil! My family is here every week and we never get tired of the amazing flavors they offer! Highly recommend this for everyone who enjoys eating well!!

Cute place! I googled "gluten-friendly" places in Coral Springs and they came up on Google. It looked healthy and a convenient location. The lovely person behind the counter was the owner, Claire. When I explained to her my dietary restrictions, she told me she had similar ones as well. They have several good options of gluten/dairy-free to choose from, which was refreshing. It was a quiet atmosphere where you could talk to the people around you and not yell. We are going to check out the location in Pompano in the next time they are in that area! A great place to eat!

I love this place. I come here multiple times a week for both the grocery items and takeout. As a celiac I am thankful to have somewhere local that I can go and eat delicious foods, have great conversations and pick up healthy staples. For me chicken salad is like meatloaf in that I'm very very nervous eating other than "Mom's" version. This place is the real deal! Super super fresh, high quality chicken with bunch of interesting fresh flavor combinations. Many gluten free options. New owner Sydney and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. I'm really addicted to this! By the way you got to try the watermelon iced tea!

I eat Gluten Free and Scuola Vecchia makes their own GF dough for their pizza which almost no places do, most restaurants that serve pizza who have GF or cauliflower crust usually buy it from a distributor. This home made GF dough is excellent, very tasty. Their sauce is fresh and light, with quality cheese. Yes their prices are a bit higher than other places but I feel I get what I'm paying for. There's a sea of mediocrity out there and I prefer higher quality food and am happy to pay for it when I find it. The Neapolitan style is of course different than other pizza so it does depend on my mood as to which style (and therefore place) I go to. If you eat GF, then definitely try theirs to see what you think about it.
