They've improved a lot over the years. I love the non-spicy smashburger option and gluten free buns are awesome! Can't ever say enough about the sides either. Hard to go wrong here.
I love that everything is gluten free. The lavender Matcha is top notch. Yes it’s more pricy than Starbucks however gluten free items and bake goods are not cheap. The service was phenomenal, the Avacado toasted scrumptious and fresh.

I am gluten and dairy free and felt 1000% safe ordering and eating here. The kitchen even caught things in an order that I didn’t. The bar-tender was the best we’ve encountered since moving to the area two months.
We came last year for dinner to our annual dance conference and had such an amazing meal we couldn’t wait to come back again this year! Great gluten free options, amazing black squid pasta too.

this place had a good variety of noodles and dishes. pretty fast service. The restaurant was clean. I enjoyed the food. maybe a little pricey but everything is right now. they have good vegetarian options as well as dietary restriction options. they have gluten-free noodles if you're needing something like that. overall a great experience.
10/10 Everytime we visit
This is an absolute hidden gem in Pueblo Colorado
Friendly staff, amazing brunch options and awesome atmosphere.
They offer gluten free options as a huge bonus, I highly recommend their crepes they are the BEST.
Oh and don't forget to get a frozen strawberry lemonade 🍋 🤤
The ube latte is delicious; I can't stop thinking about it. I love their fresh pastries, especially the gluten free options since my boyfriend can't have gluten.
My husband and I ordered takeout thru Grub Hub. He got a protein bowl which had double chicken, fixings and rice. I got the Honey Chicken, fixings and rice. We usually go to the restaurant instead of ordering out, especially because he has Celiac disease. We've been here more than a dozen times in the 3 years since we moved here. It was considered a safe spot for us to eat. The food showed up barely luke warm, but we were hungry so ate. The next day the hubs was sick as a dog, cramps, diarrhea, nausea, aches even a fever. This was NOT a bad reaction to gluten, at least that's what we believe. This was food poisoning. Now I just found out my co worker had Chipotle last night, and he's experiencing the same thing. His wife also ate there and is now also very sick, including throwing up multiple times. Based on the other reviews, someone needs to shut this place down for a bit and go over safe food practices with them. We will not be returning in the near future.
UPDATE - Chipotle, yes I see you responded. And no, I will not be going to contact you at the website. You have a food safety and cleanliness issue at your establishment per several reviews on here from the last month or so. We do not feel safe eating there. Fix your issues!
Food was amazing, staff was warm and friendly. 2 people in my party have Celiac. Our waiter was very cautious, knowledgeable about ingredients and cross contamination. He was happy to help and ask the chef questions. Definitely felt safe eating here.
Me and my friend went into solar roast for lunch and were informed that the menu was limited. This ordinarily wouldn’t be an issue but of the items on their limited menu not a single one was gluten free. In addition i ordered a burrito and found that it was expired when they sold it to me. After i took a bite of the disgusting rotting burrito I asked for water only to be told that it would cost me a dollar. This institution has shown how little it cares about its customers and will no longer be receiving my business.
They are very upfront that they can't guarantee gluten free but would do their absolute best. Their menu does show what is good for gluten sensitivity. I ordered the grilled chicken club on gluten free bread and potato salad. I have to say they have some of the better tasting gf bread!
Unfortunately, we ended up leaving because their salad options are only available Mon - Fri. On the weekends they have only breakfast.
There was a gluten free option on the card, but I don't eat bread either.
I liked the atmosphere and the waitress was very nice and understanding.
Not bad. We arrived at 9pm, waited for about 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. Food was fresh, pizza was great. Wings weren't awesome, but they were...... Wings. Wouldn't be my first go-to for good wings. Gluten free pizza was on point. Highly recommend any pizza here. Enjoy.
We went through the drive thru. It's a safer way for someone who has a high sensitivity to gluten. The only reason for one less star in the rate of atmosphere was because we smelled cigarette smoke from an employee. I understand taking a break and going for a smoke. It was unfortunate that the smell lingered in the vehicle when we ordered. The employee who took our order and gave it was very nice. She was polite as well.
Server was Tony! He was absolutely amazing! Great service and was super friendly. He checked up on us and wait time was low. He even got us To go boxes exactly when we needed them. Definitely recommend coming here. They even have Gluten Free options
The place was full! Our server was top notch! She clearly explained gluten-free / dairy free items on the menu. Our table of 7 women (all gluten free but 1) were pleased with the food and service!
