Busy but we got a seat fairly quickly. Menu is easy to navigate, choose a base.. gluten free option then choose your pizza flavour. Most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve ever eaten.
Very welcoming and nice place, super friendly staff, I had booked on the site, by calling I was very kind to anticipate the booking time so I could have dinner an hour earlier, the guys in the dining room were super prepared, kind and fast, excellent quality of products, quality price more than excellent, very good gluten free menu, highly recommended, congratulations, I will be back 100%.
First, let me say the food was amazing. Lots of normal and particularly gluten-free options for my wife. The restaurant was a very good size with an outdoor space despite the small curbside footprint. One thing that really turned me off about the attitude of the waiter; when asked if my wife and I could side side by side, the waiter said it wouldn’t be possible as we would need a 4 person table. Normally I’d agree, but showed up right at opening and the restaurant was empty and remainder virtually empty the entire time we were there. Not impressed.
A decent spot for a celiac trying to navigate eating out while traveling. Being handed an entirely separate and gluten free menu felt comforting after walking out of a restaurant who wouldn’t indicate which, if any, dishes were safe. The meal itself was good for being gluten free. I’m only a few months in to my diagnosis so I still compare to regular pastas and dishes which can be tough. I ordered the ravioli which was semi-bland but I still enjoyed it.
As a Neapolitan I can tell you that I ate one of the best gluten-free pizzas of my entire life. It is not easy to find suitable solutions for those with allergies and intolerances, well they found it. Congratulations again.
I attach a photo that speaks for itself
Ps: super friendly staff, kind and friendly, young and smart guys
This was an outstanding way to start our day. Everything is gluten free, from pastries to bread. We enjoyed cappuccinos, breakfast pastries, and took sandwiches to go. I would come back again and again!!
I've never had a gluten-free pizza of this quality before. Wow! Eduardo, my host, was extremely attentive. I initially had a table outside. When the sun started shining too brightly in my face, he repeatedly asked me if I wanted to move to another table. Normally, you don't like doing that because you then have to clean two tables. Great! I can't confirm the long wait times mentioned in the reviews. Firstly, I was on vacation, and secondly, I enjoyed the view of the Medici Chapel. Everything was perfect, and I would gladly go back!
Modern and refined environment, unique in its kind, familiar and attentive service.
Refined and varied menu with availability of gluten-free dishes also very appreciated.
Delicious pizzas, I personally recommend the "pizzutella"
The only negative note, being in a central area, often crowded and chaotic with too many children who are left running around the place because of their parents, creating disturbances (for this reason 3 stars)
For the rest, highly recommended.
A fixed destination for a dinner with friends.
Very kind and super welcoming owners! Very attentive to gluten-free. I am celiac and I found a complete menu with many gluten-free options made by them. Excellent gluten-free bread!
A perfect, authentic place with good people and music. The food is gluten-free and delicious! The prices are local and average. I'll come back every time I'm in Florence!

We ate there four times in one week. Delicious gluten-free pizzas. Excellent service, attentive and kind. Some staff members have disabilities, but their energy is impressive.
I highly recommend it.
Waiter Daniele Panini super kind and helpful, really an excellent welcome.
Unfortunately the rating on the food was significantly lower, gluten-free pizza not cooked and rubbery, not spread well. Left almost all on the plate. Asked for cooking again but it came back still raw.
The normal pizza was not bad.
Congratulations again to Daniele though!
Everything was tasty. I really appriciate the gluten free options! Service was fine and friendly, also the surrounding of the cathedral has its own charm. Thanks!
Great quick lunch spot. Gluten free pizza, AIC certified. Also enjoyed the Greek salad and risotto. Nothing flashy but exactly what we were looking for.
I have been going to this restaurant for many years and it has always been exceptional in everything: pizza, fish, desserts, service and also a fair bill for the high quality of the food.
I have been gluten intolerant for 3 years and here is truly the best gluten-free pizza in Florence 😍 the gluten-free dough seems almost the same as that of a pizza with gluten. It is soft, but crunchy and digestible.
Also noteworthy is the quality of all the foods and the raw fish!
The staff and owner are very kind, attentive to the needs of each individual customer and always with a smile!
Also recommended for birthdays!!!
It's always an excellent point of reference where you can have a delicious breakfast, or an excellent brunch or an excellent lunch!!
Beautiful environment, beautiful external courtyard!!
Super generous servings with excellent ingredients.
They are also particularly attentive to vegan and gluten-free dishes!!! :)
The centrifuges are also very good!!!
It's not the first time we've been there, we will definitely be back.
Booking recommended!!
Good prices!!
A very pleasant place in the center of Florence where you can try a great variety of vegetarian dishes. Especially highly recommended are the desserts, many of which are gluten-free and lactose-free.
Pino’s was totally authentic and the food was incredible. The best sandwich I have ever had, and their gluten free bread was phenomenal. Thank you Pino!
Maybe it's in my city, but the location is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen around the world. The food is good for the standard of type and even we celiacs are welcome. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Prices normal for HardRock.
Excellent gluten-free food with a wide choice of dishes. All gluten free, but for those who don't have gluten free needs, they won't notice the difference. All very good. The owner greeted us on the first evening and invited us to return if we had a good time: we stayed three evenings in a row. According to him, we were the most regular customers. Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming place. Thank you!
Good food, and if you eat at the restaurant the gluten-free pizza is very good. But there is a problem with gluten-free pizza on delivery. Every time my pizza arrives completely decomposed, all the ingredients do not stay on the pizza, and it is a disaster. Instead that normal pizza of my partner never happens. It is strange, I understand and also a problem of movement in transport but it has not without that only the gluten-free pizza arrives like this and the others do not.
I went there to eat with my family on Saturday, and I confirm the good impression it made on me years ago! The fish is very good and the rice is divinely seasoned. I'm leaving this review because I'm celiac and I know that there are many, like me, who are looking for places to eat gluten-free sushi. Here at Satori you still order old-fashioned, that is, the waitress comes by and you dictate the dishes you want to take. You just have to be careful to specify that you are celiac and that you cannot eat gluten, and therefore pay attention to contamination (even if they showed me that they already knew this). On the menu, just avoid all the dishes that have the ear of corn. You will understand that there aren't many, but if you are celiac you already know that our choice is limited by nature. I recommend it to you
Today I had dinner with my friend at Reburger and it was amazing. The food was excellent I created my own burger having to choose EVERYTHING! Gluten free bun, if the burger was made out of meat, chicken... The waitress was very nice and welcoming. The music choice was very nice and the decorations were unique. I suggest this place to everyone living in Florence or just visiting, it is near the city center just about 20 minutes (by foot) away from the Duomo.
I have been coming to this restaurant for decades, always excellent, quick service, large spaces (great for children), friendliness and friendliness of the staff. Allow for a bit of "caciara".
Praise for the attention and variety of dishes for celiacs: from first courses to second courses, without forgetting the gluten-free pasta and focaccia, made on the spot, delicious and crunchy.
The place is also well suited for quick meals alone or in large groups.
I give 4 stars and not 5 for the price, recently it has gone up in price, like everywhere else, but this is supposed to be an unpretentious restaurant, without white tablecloths, rather spartan, so the prices could be a little scary.
Very busy! The people have found the best places again…. All vegan and gluten free. Employees all working very hard and despite the long wait, everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. We ordered the ocean bowl and it was better than we are used to in Los Angeles. But smaller than LA portions
Gluten-free pasta is delicious, one of the best I've tried in Italy. The waitress' service was also excellent (she speaks Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and English).
BAD. I DON'T GIVE ZERO BECAUSE I'M FORCED TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR
From the beginning, even before ordering anything, I specified to the waitresses that I have celiac disease and that my intolerance is at its peak. They both assured me that the dishes they suggested (the steak, the platter and the potatoes) were definitely gluten-free, uncontamination guaranteed!
Five minutes after finishing my plate, I felt terrible.
Stomach ache, stomach ache and, due to the effort, even headache.
With my face still distorted, I notified the waitresses of the incident. They apologized by saying that "a little contamination was expected, too many preparations are made".
At the checkout, even worse, a man who I don't know exactly who he is told me: "if you are so intolerant to gluten then you really shouldn't enter places like these, you really shouldn't eat. Contamination was a given." It would have been more correct to say from the beginning that it would not be possible to prepare something that was not contaminated, as many other restaurant establishments do.
OBVIOUSLY RUDENESS, RUDENESS, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM AND SERIOUSNESS ACCOMPANIED BY THE SHAME OF HAVING US PAY THE FULL BILL OF €86!
I don't recommend it to anyone who is gluten intolerant.
A great Italian restaurant with indoor as well as a beautiful outdoor patio for seating!! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I told them I had celiac and they told me that they could make GF pasta for me and showed me which sauces I could choose from. I ended up getting Paccheri Cacio e Pepe which is a cheese and black pepper sauce.
Normal sandwiches have a tourist price. I came because they had gluten-free bread but the price was too expensive for two mini sandwiches with supermarket bread. If you go for gluten-free, nothing recommended :(
Super busy and super fun. Excellent service and delicious (gluten-free) pasta and pizza. Discuss in advance or come at 7:00 PM and finish eating by 8:00 PM. Highly recommended. FINE
I came across this pizzeria by chance while searching on the Internet for a gluten-free pizzeria located outside the center to avoid the usual parking problem. Indeed, even here the parking is not very easy to find but speaking of the pizzeria I must say that the service was excellent, the quality of the food truly excellent and the Gluten Free impeccable, so giving a little summary:
Local 9
Menu 10
Service 10
Count 10
Super recommended, well done guys great job Gluten Free fantastic!
What a wonderful find. Simply amazing food, and impeccable, friendly and welcoming service. Very caring for my dietary restrictions (coeliac) and the food was simply delicious and deeply satisfying. A real joy.
