What a joy! Finally, a bakery that's exclusively gluten-free! Thank you!
We stocked up on bread. Super good! We were also able to enjoy a coffee on the terrace with chouquettes (gluten-free). The best!
A magnificent discovery! An exceptional brunch, as delicious as it is plentiful, with a welcoming and attentive team. A special mention goes to the gluten-free option, delicious and perfectly mastered!
I have come several times, at lunchtimes and in the evenings, I am never disappointed! The dishes are good, copious, well prepared, the staff is charming and adapts to exceptional requests (a gluten-free person for our group) when they are notified in advance, the setting is pleasant and the prices very reasonable… I recommend, I'll be back !
For Gluten-free people, there is only one option: a brownie. It was good, but beware of cross contamination round the kitchen. I would say to find other places if you want actual sweet treats.
Great cafe with some fantastic options for Gluten free Yummy almond friande and sweet coconut scone 😋 large coffees I grabbed some takeaways too Tiramisu GF made in house

We went for lunch as it had been recommended to us.
We ordered 2 different crepes and both were delicious. The IPA beer was also excellent.
The fact that they have gluten-free options is wonderful. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet, and the service was friendly and fast.
We ended up here by chance today and were able to enjoy a delicious meal. What's particularly noteworthy is that almost everything was vegan and gluten-free wasn't a problem. We will definitely remember the evening :)
Took myself down to Materr for dinner my last evening in Lyon. And it was one of my favourite moments. The owner is lovely - she accommodated my gluten free needs and was wonderful to chat to! The dish I had was delicious. I sat outside and the ambience was beautifully peaceful. Would definitely recommend a visit!
We called on them for a buffet and it was a real delight. Specific vegan and gluten-free request, the buffet more than met our expectations. The quality/price ratio is clear. I highly recommend!
We had a wonderful 3 course meal here. Great gluten free options. You could have as many courses as you liked. I had poached egg in a red wine sauce with bacon and shallots to start, sausage and potatoes for main and cheese for pudding. They were very aware of allergies as well as coeliac and I felt very safe throughout. The wine was also delicious
We had a wonderful experience here! The service was really what set it apart. My sister is gluten free and we ordered a salad but didn’t mention we were sharing it. When it came to the table with croutons they offered to remake the whole salad for us. Great food, amazing location. Would recommend.
We came because my partner is celiac and we were pleased to see that the restaurant has adapted to offer her a complete menu (with at least two choices of starter, main course and dessert). The dishes were tasty, plentiful and the team was very welcoming with a smile. THANKS !
We had dinner at Gardn Lab at the end of March. For a first time, it was very successful! My partner is celiac and the cuisine was 100% gluten-free! Very enjoyable, dined with confidence, aesthetic setting and tasty cuisine! We will come back!
Was a very nice visit. The employees were very kind and helped me out to not contaminate the tacos, so they would be gluten free. They microwaved them, instead of putting them on the grill.
Very good. Pancakes, for example banoffee or this month cherry praline coulis, are irresistible and available gluten-free. The drinks are delicious in winter and summer. Everything is homemade and it shows. The dishes are always balanced and nourishing. The service is incredible, responsive, with a sincere effort to make the moment pleasant for the customer.
2 minor downsides: some chairs are recycled (great for the environment) but that means chairs that are a little less comfortable (smaller/hard). There can sometimes be a bit of a wait because there are often people and a busy staff. Important to book in advance if possible.
I go there every week. Never disappointed
The food was amazing, best dinner we had in Lyon. The staff were lovely and attentive and gluten-free friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lyon, just make sure you make a reservation because they get extremely busy very quickly.
A wonderful, elegant dinner with family and friends. I felt very safe in the hands of the Epona team, as I have celiac's disease and have to eat gluten-free. Highly recommend!
I have celiac disease and discovered this cafe by chance during my visit to Lyon. I ate the very tasty sandwiches there twice. The gluten-free rolls were really tasty and cost an extra €1. There is no guarantee of freedom from contamination because there is no separate gluten-free work area, but on both occasions the various servers were knowledgeable about celiac disease and did their best in the preparation (changing gloves, using clean utensils, etc.)
I didn't have any problems after any of the visits.
We went on a whim, didn't know the restaurant, and we were very pleased with the service. The pizzas were very good! The homemade dough offers gluten-free options.
A small menu, but with good ingredients, so it's not a bad thing.
We'll be back.
Traditional French food! There was a vegetarian plate of the day, which I was able to get modified to be gluten free. The waiter spoke English and gave great service.
Very tasty new year's dinner with great service and wonderful combination of fresh ingredients and new tastes. The chef was willing to provide a gluten free version of the meal.
An exceptional place where you feel perfectly welcomed and served throughout the meal. Franco-Japanese cuisine is highlighted by a delicate work of flavors and aesthetics, enhanced by a tailor-made service which will guide you in the choice of your menu and your drinks. Being gluten intolerant, I wasn't able to enjoy many Japanese fusion dishes, but I was delighted by the care taken with each of my plates so that they were exclusively gluten-free (without me having to sort directly on the dish as elsewhere…).
Thank you again for this experience!
Very helpful staff, looking for solutions for customers with allergies to gluten, dairy products. Adapt the daily special accordingly. After 45 minutes of searching one of the only establishments listening. THANKS.
I ordered a burger with a gluten-free bun (on Deliveroo) being highly intolerant.
Already the supplement is 2nd (in France it is one of the only countries where we are given gluten-free options even though it is a health problem, so it is discriminatory).
Then when I received my order, normal bread... I couldn't eat my burger. I made a complaint on Deliveroo and ended up with a refund of 0.90e (from the restaurant certainly the price of a normal bun).
Fucking shit. It would have been at least pleasant to reimburse the price of the supplement and normal to reimburse the price of the burger.
It's good to want to make gluten-free options but you have to know a little about it and manage it properly, otherwise don't bother.
Very good place to have drinks on the terrace! The savory waffles are also excellent! The service was perfect: waiter attentive and responsive according to everyone's needs (a friend being allergic to lactose and gluten, he was able to adapt!) 👌
Really good food. They even warmed up the glutenfree bread I brought with me. Very kind people. The three ladies in the kitchen work really hard and seem really passionate about what they do. If you really want to have a great filling (cause the plates are really full) breakfast, you should really go here.
This restaurant is a great discovery! From the service to the kitchen, there are many attentions, particularly with regard to a gluten-free and lactose-free diet for which the menu has been adapted while remaining tasty in a very short time! THANKS !
I seldom to leave poor reviews but need to correct the impression that this restaurant is celiac friendly. I made a reservation indicating the issue yet the waitress was unprepared and unprofessional. A single item was suggested, a salad. I daringly selected the other green salad without dressing, it was smaller and less cheese centered, it arrived with croutons. Either she didn't bother to communicate to the kitchen or the person preparing the salad didn't care. This restaurant has a large menu, there are other items that could easily be prepared (slabs of meat? Potatoes?) GF but no effort was made to accommodate.
The building has seen better days, it was modernized within recent years but things have not been kept repaired. Both men's and women's toilets reflected poor maintenance (missing door latches, urinals gone leaving only holes in the wall).
Disappointing

The food is very good (there are some gluten-free options) and the service is great! The atmosphere is warm, I highly recommend it. Thanks to Aure and the team for the welcome :)
A very pleasant restaurant which offers quality French cuisine on a small but amply satisfying menu. We very easily let ourselves be guided by the waiter and the kitchen who are both very attentive and alert on any questions we might ask (particularly on the management of gluten intolerance). The room is sober but maintains a good atmosphere thanks to the Chatreuses wall and other objects linked to the restoration. We had a great evening and highly recommend this place.
Very nice home. I don't necessarily recommend that you go through TheFork because there seem to be reservation problems at times, and I don't want you to miss out on this very nice little restaurant.
A short but effective menu, quality dishes, organic and from the region, although the quantities are perhaps a little light.
The major point is above all a perfect welcome. The boss took great care, in particular by thoughtfully offering a gluten-free beer to my intolerant companion.
Absolutely sublime!
What a lovely surprise from every point of view: delicious food, everything is really perfect, the tastes, the research in the dishes and the combinations, the cooking, the delicacy of the plating...the very pretty place, very well cared for. It’s a very refined place and cuisine.
In addition, the chef and his team are very open to adapting the dishes to vegans and gluten-free guests. Very nice open-mindedness...
And there is a real ethical approach, with local and healthy products, short circuit.
I really highly recommend it and I will come back very quickly, clearly it was a nice surprise and without fail I am won over!
A big thank-you :)

Came to eat there twice, I loved it! The cuisine is very fragrant (the rougail is full-bodied but remains largely edible for a non-Mauritian palate), original, fresh. The boss is attentive and very pleasant.
The plus: We were able to eat gluten-free there without any worries. Allergens are clearly displayed
