I ate a gluten-free pizza which costs an extra 3500 CRC but was delicious. I ask for contamination. They said, they cook it in the same oven, but they’ll clean the tray and everything. So I ate it and had no symptoms afterwards. It also came on a wooden plate, which is also a contamination risk, but for me it was fine that day. Maybe they use these plates only for the gluten-free pizzas. The staff was really friendly and explained everything with patience.

I’m from the states and wanted to eat local CR food..however I have children (3 under 8) and they wanted pizza. So of course let’s get some yummy pizza. Don’t think CR had an idea about GF. However apparently they do…I would HIGHLY SUGGETS this pizza joint. I’m Celiac and they take that stuff seriously. Thank you for giving us a lil USA in Cr

We had delicious food, the team were all so welcoming, kind and informative. They had lots of gluten free options on the menu and were very proactive when it came to cross contamination making it coeliac safe. We are eager to come back.
