While visiting Trois-Rivières, I discovered this wonderful place with its enchanting decor which satisfied my taste buds with a succulent gluten-free pad thai! Being celiac, having access to a separate menu with a large selection of meals (compared to other places I've been to) is an invaluable benefit that made my experience at this place even more unforgettable! Thank you for thinking of those who have a gluten allergy, it's just incredible in a world where you can't find delicious gluten-free meals on every street corner. What can we say about our experience at the restaurant. We were a group of 10. Wow wow wow! The menu was presented to us in full by the chef. He took the time to come see us, chat with us, answer our questions. The passion with which he spoke about his dishes was captivating. The assembly of the plates was breathtaking. What can we say about the gluten-free options for the intolerant, for once, they really have a choice! We were unanimous when we left the restaurant, it was a magnificent experience from start to finish. Intimate, delicious, warm.
