We ate here twice during our visit to Las Vegas. The Gluten Free pizza crust is something magical. It's like old school deep dish pizza that's light airy and worth every single calorie in it. My guy, isn't GF but preferred the GF crush to any other pizza option he has had. Would eat there again any time I am in Vegas.

Gluten-free options are available. I got a cheese burger protein style which is fancy for lettuce wrap. It was good but messy. I ordered animal style fries. I don't get the procesed cheese slices. I am from Canada and it has never crossed my mind to through a kraft single onto my fries.

I’ve been to Chicago and this is the best deep dish I’ve ever had. It was also gluten free and accommodating for my wife who has celiac. FYI, deep dish wait is like 35min to cook
