Gorgeous decor with friendly waitstaff and delicious Thai fare. We had a table on the rooftop terrace, which felt nice on a cooler summer night. It was also less noisy and felt more conducive to conversation than the dining room downstairs. Recommend the rooftop if you’re on a date, or with a smaller party. The gluten free offerings were great- basically a variety off the regular menu made without soy sauce. I had the drunken noodles, and it was fresh and flavorful. My date had the pad Thai, and I loved the level of spice for the medium dish (my idea of mild). Will definitely return to try more on the menu!

North Italia is a fantastic spot for gluten-free diners! Their gluten-free menu is top-notch, and I love how they don’t compromise on flavor or quality. From the gluten-free pasta to their delicious pizzas, every dish is made with care and tastes amazing. It’s so refreshing to find a place that offers such a wide variety of gluten-free options without sacrificing the authentic Italian flavors. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff is always knowledgeable about gluten-free needs. Excellent drink (both coffee and cocktail) and food options. The waffle breakfast sandwich is tasty and different from the usual coffee shop options - and there is a nice selection of gluten free pastries. Coffee is always perfectly made and the Mai Tai was authentic to the original recipe for the drink - not overly sweet. I love that you can enjoy a beachy vibe in the middle of Kansas during winter! I also love that they lean into the beachy vibe without appropriating native culture :)

Mel was AMAZING tonight and had our orders down to the T. My wife has celiac disease and she was very aware of what she could and could not have. If you haven't been it's a must!!
