I am cursed with a gluten and dairy allergy, and Jose took such incredible care of our entire table. The whole team was so thorough and ensured that all the food was safe to eat! The food is also absolutely incredible — DO NOT SKIP THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS! I think I could have eaten my weight in them!

Bartender was great, staff were great! One star for the gluten free pizza crust. It was terrible. Rice paste is what is used and that made for the crust to be “chewy” while hot. When cooling down, pizza is rock hard. Maybe they should try using cauliflower crust.

The vegan Seasonal Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza was bursting with flavor, and the dough was perfect. The gluten-free, vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart hit the ideal sweet-salty balance. Loved it!

We don’t normally go out to a steakhouse but for the occasion we decided to try it out at Wildfire. At first glance, it was a bit intimidating because we really didn’t know what to order. But our server, Sophie, who came to greet us with a BIG smile, made us feel ease at once :) She recommended the appetizer fried calamari, and wildfire chopped salad (a side) which was enough to share between the two of us. We also had the Ribeye, cooked to perfection, with a side of mashed potato - So creamy and buttery melt in your mouth! Love the French fries too! By the end of the meal she also surprised us with a slice of chocolate cake (which tasted just like a brownie, can’t believe it was gluten free!). Sophie was great, we well be back soon!
