I am local and I am a chef . We didn’t feel like cooking tonight to we ordered from this place. Trying to support the small business. The single worst experience. I ordered carbonara and a clams dish. I was told forty minutes and showed up exactly 40 minutes later to ice cold over cooked pasta chewy clams super salty sauce stale bread. Just gross and the. I paid 80.00 for this meal. NEVER again. RESPONSE TO RESPONSE: Well the response is certainly an indication of the level of unprofessional behaivior that is so very unfortunate. Instead of trying to make it right insults and excuses. Very NICE. I guess the customer is not a priority here. As Vice President of a national restaurant chain with 250 restaurants as my direct responsibility I do not know what I am talking about. To be CLEAR I was NOT insistant, just made a request like any other customer for gluten free pasta with a bit of chicken added, and as a TRUE CHEF I can tell you that this is NOT unheard of and can be delivered with quality. PASTA VINO< SUGO & TRATTORIA ONE41 are very excellent restaurants with top notch food and service in this area and my family and I recommend them to anyone.

The most wonderful experience! I have celiac disease and am limited in most restaurants however Sugo offers an extensive list of gluten free options! Our service was wonderful and both the owner and his wife visited our table through the evening asking if there were plates they could clear or anything that they could bring us. Here, we felt like guest at their home and the authenticity of the experience has made us life long customers.

Amazing food! We had the special with lamb and salmon plus all 3 lentils, potato stew, and collards and it was absolutely delicious. I have celiac disease, and they have gluten free injera. Everyone was super kind! We will for sure be back!

This time I ordered the steak and cheese sub. It came across a bit dry and bland. I was expecting more caramelized onions and peppers but they were fairly green and crunchy. I needed to add quite a bit of salt and the bread was too much for my taste. You can see by the picture I left a lot of bread because it was just too dry. I always love their pizza but I'll avoid subs here. For the other members and my family they really enjoyed the pizza especially the certified gluten-free pizza. Service is exceptional. Will be back just a truthful review about my plate.
