Absolutely blown away by this new menu! Excellent flavors! Started with the ahi tuna - delicious and they were able to modify it to make it gluten free! Moved onto the beet and goat cheese salad. This is actually meant to be a dinner salad, but I just couldn’t resist, so I had only half to ensure there was enough room for the main course! The flavors were so well balanced and enticing I wanted to eat the whole thing! Onto the main course- I went for the swordfish. Perfectly seasoned and cooked! And make sure to get those brussel sprouts! They just exploded with flavor! For dessert- crème brulee. Your waist line may object, but your tastebuds will swoon!! I can not wait to return and try more of the new offerings!

I was thrilled they had a gluten free menu. I had a chicken dish that tasted like marsala that was amazing!! The chicken was perfectly cooked and I loved the penne pasta.

Very good food. My wife has severe celiac disease so we need to be very careful and selective when it comes to eating out. We definitely will dine at Tarpon Tavern again. Why 4 and not 5 stars? Like most places, i imagine, they're short staffed so the waiting time is longer than it should be.
