Great dinner experience - most of the pad thais are gluten free and labelled as such on the menu (something you don’t see a lot around Bangkok but which put me at ease as a coeliac). Delicious meal!

nice restaurant with a chill atmosphere and so many vegan and vegetarian meals, also gluten-free. the pancakes for breakfast were very good and the server was really nice. however, it can take a bit more time when there are many guests, because the server was alone, but it was still very acceptable!!

The most delicious food on the island. clean and tidy. A quick turnover of people and a European atmosphere. We had a very tasty, very central and good prices in relation to the place. There is a complete gluten-free menu and awareness for celiacs. We received a 10% discount on the next visit.

I am so glad that I found this place😍. I have celiac (gluten intolerance) and after 2 months of traveling in Thailand I finally found a restaurant where I can eat safely.😍 The owner is really kind and helpful, she even let the kitchen know to be extra careful, clean everything etc to avoid cross contamination (since I can get really sick even from traces of gluten)! I came here every day and literally tried out the whole thai menu haha! My fave is Massaman and Panang curry, but I also tried the cashew chicken, the papaya salad and the pad thai ofc. The food is fresh and delicious!😍 I can highly recommend this place to anyone! Very good food and friendly staff. Also, I am celiac and they were really attentive. They told me what I could have and what I could not have and they ensured me that the falafel were fried separately to avoid cross contamination. My plates arrived with a small flag with the label “gluten free” written on them. Having spent nearly a month in SEA I can tell that it is not common to meet people that are aware of the problem, so it was really nice not to have to explain it all over again for once! There was also a good deal of 2 beers for 1 (for my non celiac boyfriend!).

Super helpful and friendly staff. Since I have to eat gluten-free, I had concerns, but the service was very informed and it was marked everywhere on the menu which dishes were gluten-free or could be selected as a gluten-free option. Drinks were also very good. The atmosphere of an Irish pub is very homely but offers not only a Sunday roast but also authentic Thai food.

amazing food. the best food we have had so far in thailand! so understanding of gluten free and its good for vegetarians! the owner was lovely as well and made us feel very welcome :) would recommend 100x over and wish we had more time in bangkok to eat more meals here! (side note for backpackers - easy to keep backpacks near you and out of the way)

It's not that simple to find Gluten free Pizza in Koh Phangan, and this one was perfect!! So glad I had the chance to eat there, a nice place to sit, the staff is great and the gluten-free pizza is excellent

They were able to cater gluten free for Thai food which was great. The depth of flavour wasn’t quite there for us but we were grateful to have somewhere safe to eat. My daughter is sensitive coeliac and no reaction. Very competitively priced as well.

The restaurant is very nice and well-attended. There is a huge selection of food and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and even meat-eaters. Everything seems very neat and clean. We were served by "Lux," who was very friendly. She was also able to answer my questions about whether something was gluten-free or contained dairy. The food was delicious and the portion size was absolutely sufficient. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. I definitely recommend the restaurant. :)

Nice, decently cheap food. They have a whole separate gluten free menu (tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas, chilaquiles…). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about allergens. We ate there two days in a row!

Ate here for lunch I had black bean tacos. The corn tortillas can be subbed in most dishes to make them gluten free. Our server also informed us that the corn chips were fried in their own fryer so there shouldn’t be cross contamination from the fryer which she new about without my asking first and told me. Despite the menu not having markings the server had a good understanding of english and she helped point out all the things I could eat (anything with the corn tortillas).

Cafe del Sol is a really nice place to stay. The owner was welcoming us really friendly. I am celiac and strictly have to eat gluten free. I was really happy to find a place where I can have a gluten free chocolate cake dessert with some vanilla ice cream. It was so yummy, I can only recommend it! 🍨

Coeliac perspective: We ate here one night and they were very knowledgeable about gluten free. We ate in the restaurant across the street the following night as Pawns had a long queue. The other restaurant couldn’t offer GF and pawns very kindly gave us a takeaway despite being super busy.
