Very nice Sunday lunch, a good portion of lovely lamb and the accompanying mint sauce was the best I’ve had since making it myself decades ago, definitely home made. A customer next to us had a English breakfast that looked and smelt good too. The Yorkshire pudding was worth the gluten content for someone who believes they are intolerant. I doubt cooked in tallow or lard though. Very popular so you might want to book, the tables outside are quieter. Only one thing was missing, a pint of real cask ale.

I LOVE this place, it’s honestly one of my favorites in Amsterdam for a great value meal and great cocktails. The service is always super friendly and contributes to the overall good vibes of the place. Our group had a few different dietary restrictions (one pescatarian, one gluten free, one with an avocado intolerance) and they did everything in their power to accommodate that. Do try the chorizo and shrimp tacos, they are EPIC
