Sea and land appetizers different from the usual, well made, crispy and dry fish, just enough salt, exceptional raw seafood. Balanced sea and land first courses, with real fresh pasta and well cooked. A millefeuille birthday cake, loved by everyone from children to adults... never happened. Excellent choice of wines.
