A great place in a small town like San Carlo. The pizza comes in three very interesting versions, as with the same amount of dough they can make a smaller thick pizza, a medium-thick pizza, or a larger one, as I like it, a "tiarata," which is very thin and larger in diameter. I recommend the "Panfilia tirata" with raw ham and mushrooms. Very good service. They have pizzas for celiacs. If you're in San Carlo, don't forget to eat a pizza at La Pace. I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that they also have a very comfortable and quiet bed and breakfast above the pizzeria.

Piadina also gluten free. Too bad That it can only be taken cooked or raw… I think that some more ingredients should be dedicated at least stracchino and rocket. Because it is already dry the piadina sg without a little seasoning does not go down…
