A very pleasant discovery near our bed & breakfast close to the station platforms. A highly sought after destination for which booking is recommended. Clean and elegant place. Fast and very kind staff, we went there two evenings in a row. The choice of starters is vast, 500 g buffalo mozzarella, ricotta, burratine, amazing aubergine parmigiana, octopus, raw spinach with parmesan flakes and oil and lemon, all accompanied by a fragrant "Ciccio", a freshly baked white focaccia. But many other choices, Then pizzas: you have to get lost, the variety is vast, thin but compact and crunchy dough that does not get damp and lose consistency with the ingredients, all fresh and of excellent quality. Each pizza can also be baked with dough suitable for celiacs: a must! Great attention to the preparation and to the flours, mainly rice. For celiacs there is a lot of attention, right from the moment of ordering, to avoid contamination for the customer. Beers also for celiacs.
