Recently celebrated my 40th birthday at The Brewery. Right from the onset of organising the event, Ben from the management team provided exceptional support, remaining consistently responsive whether by phone, email, or in person. One standout aspect was how well the team accommodated diverse dietary requirements. With guests needing vegan and gluten-free options, I was impressed by not only meeting these needs but also delivering excellent food quality that left everyone satisfied. The drink selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of beers, alcoholic beverages on tap, and spirits. Particularly noteworthy were the incredible pineapple daiquiris and espresso martinis! Throughout the entire event, the wait staff, especially Titus and Coring, exceeded expectations. They attended to us with enthusiasm, regularly checking in to ensure everything ran smoothly, all the while maintaining an upbeat demeanour that made us feel incredibly welcome. The security team added to the warm atmosphere by introducing themselves and extending hospitality throughout the celebration. The venue's combination of indoor and outdoor spaces makes it perfect for anything from relaxed gatherings with friends to larger celebrations, come rain, hail, or shine. A massive thank you to everyone at The Brewery for making the day a success!

I have an allergy to dairy. The staff need to be better trained to understand what a dairy free diet means. The waiter seemed to only understand gluten free and I had to explain to 2 different waiters what dairy free ( no milk products, butter and eggs) mean't, however I was still given a garlic aioli sauce with my steak. I was extremely disappointed that everything on the menu seems to be cooked in a dairy sauce, including the red wine jus. The side salad provided on the plate with your meal needs to be a non dairy salad, not a coleslaw with an egg & dairy dressing. We had to buy an additional salad to go with our steak meal. I would not recommend this restaurant as the staff are unable to cope or understand people that have dairy allergies.

Great coffee (Campos) Good Gluten-free options. Gluten free toast was locally baked sourdough, delicious and satisfying. I had fried eggs on toast, then went back for seconds with some smashed avo. Excellent service, friendly relaxed vibe and very work friendly.

I have been here twice for lunch in two weeks. I had the chicken pide last time and chicken cheese kaak today. The food is seriously amazing. It's fresh, toasty, crispy and servings are generous. I also tried a dessert today it was delicious. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I witnessed the owner/manager's generosity today and was thoroughly impressed. There was a big group having lunch and at the end he brought it two large dessert pizzas on the house !! Not only that he offered gluten free desserts to people who couldn't eat pizza . Hard to find this kind of hospitality in Sydney. Wishing him Lotsa barakah in the business.
