When you've never been, but you think you should, you're right! My very first experience at the QDOBA, and I was quite pleased with the result. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant enough, and upon hearing it was my first time in said "its like Subway, but Mexican!" After everything, I would much like to agree, with a little addition. The accommodation to gluten free people is a bowl instead of a burrito. The base is still your choice of white or brown rice, and the options for protein & veg are also still varied and good. If in a "Mexican" mood for food downtown, QDOBA can serve you up right!😋

I am obsessed with their house ranch dip. It is incredible. And you get it for free with a basket of chips as soon as you sit down! And they refill it for you when you ask nicely! Great, now I’m craving the ranch dip, and I can’t have it right now. But maybe you can! GO EAT RANCH DIP FOR ME. The staff have been very friendly and helpful when I visit, and the food is delicious and filling. As someone who avoids gluten, it’s great to be able to come to a restaurant and just order off the menu — I just have to make sure I’m ordering corn tortillas instead of flour. Es muy delicioso! Muchas gracias! 🙏🏼

I've only been here twice but yesterday the owner served us and it was such a phenomenal experience! She gave us a run down of the whole menu for my friends who hadn't been there. She was also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating for my friend with celiac disease. She was super cognizant of cross contamination which I was appreciative of! You can't beat good food and exceptional service. I also highly recommend their margaritas!

The fajitas and enchiladas at Mexcal - Mexican Cuisine are excellent! The server was friendly and thoughtful about working around my son's gluten/dairy free allergies. We also liked the music and decor a lot. We highly recommend it!
