Thank you Jonathan and Grace for making our lunch today such a wonderful experience. You both were so helpful especially where my Gluten-Free needs were concerned. You both made our first lunch out (in a very long time) very enjoyable. The GF Shrimp Tacos were great as was the Guacamole and baked Tortilla Chips. We sincerely appreciated your special efforts 👍😉

First timer! Commercials finally got me to go and I LOVE IT. Fresh food made your way. I can get my gluten free food convenient and delicious! Can't wait to try everything. Portions were huge. 2 meals for me with the bowl. Plus The staff was friendly and helpful.

Went here yesterday for a gluten-free burrito bowl. Since I'm allergic to wheat and gluten I asked the server if she could wash her hands and change her gloves. Instead of helping us she went to the back and went on a water break. The other server with blonde hair kept saying she was washing her hands but We seen her chatting and having a water break as the line grew closer to the door. Chipotle you have a great gluten-free protocol. Please educate your employees on how to use it!!!
