After the mall closed I decided to grab a quick bite at Monarcas. I went to the bar to have my dinner and Mario the bartender was very attentive to my needs. I have to eat gluten Free and Mario was well informed and let me know what my options were. They also have the gluten free options clearly marked on the menu which is a big bonus! Mario was a great bartender and made the perfect pina colada! The steak fajitas hit the spot! I will definitely go back to sit at the bar with Mario! He is a very friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Don’t forget to save room for the Flan!! It’s Gluten Free!

Reservations are a must for this delicious dining experience. Every dish was presented in a visually pleasing manner and the portions were quite generous. Everything was fresh and delicious. Many menu items can be made gluten free. Happy hour drinks were available until 6PM. Salads, sushi, poke bowls, tacos, plus a wide variety of beef and chicken options accompany the fresh seafood items. Our servers were very attentive and service was prompt. The fun atmosphere consists of 1970’s music videos broadcast on multiple screens placed among modern eclectic decor. It’s a wonderful location and suits the special occasion or just a way to make any day special.

This is one of the best chipotles. Sometimes they undercook their rice a little but aside from that everything else is always super tasty and they’re more generous with their portions than other locations. And I like that their bowls are a cheap, easy, convenient, and tasty gluten free option.
