The best dinner i’ve eaten in Chicago. Gundis’s food, atmosphere, and service are second to none. Before dinner, my friend and I were feeling stressed and looking for a nice dinner. Upon entering Gundis, I instantly felt my shoulders relaxing. The chairs we sat in were so comfortable (!), the menu super clearly labeled (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan), and our dinner (newroz pasta & salad with chicken) was delicious. highly recommend the Kurdish tea and Turkish coffee, too! Can’t wait to come back!

Great place for my lunch break. The lunch specials are so so good, really well priced & fast. Love the soup too, and it's ready so quickly. (For gluten free they will give you rice or tortilla for the bread, and they have a lot of other gf options on the menu..)

We were in search of a quick, healthy meal and we found Sila’s. Accommodating to food allergies, the menu was clearly labeled. We had the Mediterranean chicken bowl which was easily made gluten and dairy free. Served in generous portions, the food was fresh and natural which is hard to come by these days. Will definitely be returning!

Love the atmosphere here! Very cozy and intimate, with some nice outdoor tables in the summer. Great wine selection, good food options, including many vegetarian/pescatarian/gluten-free choices. I thought the sole fish was amazing and I enjoyed the Malbec wine, which pairs well with any dish. The service is also great! Very nice staff and usually pretty quick service. Also, you can bring your dog if seated outside. I highly recommend if you were interested in trying Turkish or Mediterranean food!
