True Food Kitchen in Jacksonville is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements their health-focused menu. The variety of options is impressive, catering to all dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. I decided to try the Ancient Grains Bowl, and it was packed with flavor and nutrients—definitely a dish I would recommend! The ingredients tasted fresh, and you could really tell they prioritize quality. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, their commitment to sustainability and using seasonal ingredients is commendable. I also loved their selection of refreshing beverages, especially the turmeric tonic! Overall, True Food Kitchen offers a delightful dining experience that makes healthy eating not only accessible but also delicious. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! Highly recommended!

Turkish food at it's best! We had a great time at this "family" restaurant. Kathryn gave great recommendations as it was our first time dining here. She offered cucumber and carrots to eat with the hummus as we are both gluten-free. I had the Grilled Mixed Chicken Platter which was Chicken shish, adana & kofte. All three we excellent. I ended my meal with Kazandibi (vanilla based, milky caramelized top pudding with crush pistachios) and of course a Turkish coffee. Thanks again Kathryn for a great dining experience. Needless to say we will be back. Don't let the location in a small shopping plaza turn you off. Parking can be an issue but that's because they are popular.

Great servers and atmosphere for our group! Servers were attentive to our table and politely answered queries about the menu. The restaurant has an allergen menu with clearly labeled gluten free menu items. The food was delicious, flavorful, and filling!
