I love this little Springville Oasis. The staff is awesome. (Even though they inform you of the gluten free snack/desserts options, so you spend more...lol) I am not complaining they were awesome.

I just had the best experience at the Jersey Mike's in Springville. My son just got diagnosed with Celiacs disease and we've been struggling to find safe restaurant options. He hasn't eaten out in weeks. I was completely starving and got my kid something gluten free to snack on and asked him if he'd be ok if I got myself a gluteny sandwich. I was super surprised and happy to see a gluten free option for their sandwiches. I asked them how careful they are with gluten contamination, and they explained a very thorough process of washing hands and using completely different surfaces etc. to avoid cross contamination. I ordered my son a gluten free sandwich and me a regular sandwich. They asked if we wanted cookies and I said no, as I didn't want to eat a cookie in front of my son. I was super sick with the flu and having a rough time and the worker was very kind and told us that he threw in a free cookie for me and a gluten free cookie for my son. It made our day and we will definitely be coming back. 10/10 service and consideration for our little Celiac.
Monet was our server. She did an excellent job on many levels. She made my birthday a memorable event with excellent and attentive service! She and others from the team were on top of keeping our drinks full. When I was ordering fries for my daughter who has celiacs disease, she cautioned me that the fries were not gluten free. That was appreciated! The food, ambiance and live music were next level good! Later, when most of us were eating dessert at the table, Monet noticed that my daughter was sitting there with nothing watching her friends devour the chocolate cake - acted quickly and brought her a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Now THAT, my friends, is the difference between an ordinary server and an elite server. Her tip just kept getting larger and larger as she made our night wonderful from start to finish. Garry was our server and I asked about Gluten free options cause I have crohns and celiacs. I had the Salmon with white rice and veggies. JD the general manager brought our food out and explain to me that the took every Precaution they could take. Opened a new pan to use to cook both the vegetables and the salmon. They handled my allergy with complete care. I commend the knowledge they have of what is and can be made gluten free. It's really hard to find places that have options for us people whom can't consume Gluten and when we find a place we share with the Gluten free community. I hope I can bring more buisness to this place.
Really delicious pizza! Especially the gluten free crust. The prep time is a tad long, when I order online it says itll be ready in 30 minutes (and then you still have to bake it at home). They put tons of toppings on the pizza and their speciality pizza combos are so good.
I’ve gotten take-out green curry here a couple of times and it is consistently good. Maybe not the very best I’ve had, but good, and they are fast. We also appreciate that their curries are gluten-free.
This is my go-to Chinese restraunt. They are very quick with my order, have gluten-free dishes, large portions, and priced reasonably. Kind staff make all the difference.
