I had a fantastic experience at DeBlaze! We walked in without a reservation and were seated right away—huge plus when you’re traveling with family. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with our 16-month-old in tow. They were also wonderful with my father-in-law, who has celiac disease, and made sure his meal was safe and gluten-free without any fuss. The service was genuinely top-notch, and the food exceeded all expectations. Everyone in our group loved their meals, but the standout was definitely the pierogies—absolutely delicious. I was beyond pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Highly recommend if you’re in the area, and I truly hope I get the chance to return someday (I live out of state). A warm, welcoming spot with food and service to match!

My son recently moved to the Carnegie area, and we had no clue what places around him had good pizza. We randomly picked this place because they offered a gluten-free crust and I'm SO glad we did. Their pizza is amazing and reminds me so much of my favorite pizza place growing up. I ordered the white pizza and it's the best white pizza I've ever had. My mom loved her gluten free cheese pizza and my son said he'll only be ordering from here from now on. I'm glad to have found a place we all love for when we come visit him:)

Local Italian restaurant with good homemade pasta. They also have gluten free pasta. Lemonade was fantastic and our server was super friendly.

Been here 3 times in the last two weeks. I just enjoy it so much. Being celiac, it's so nice to eat well and not get sick. Meats are delicious, potatoes are great, everything is cooked how you want. Waitresses are fast and efficient, really enjoyed the service.
