I’m gluten free with several other food allergies. Even though the menu is small I always have several choices. They are very careful about ensuring I’m safe eating there. The food is delicious, everything is so fresh & the service excellent. The prices are very fair for the quality & quantity of the meal.

Delicious breakfast menu and baked goods. They offer gluten free wraps, and delicious drinks, like lattes, London fog, etc. (and self-serve coffees too, if you just want a regular or flavored coffee with your breakfast. Weather providing, you can enjoy the outdoor seating areas.

Ordered from here for the first time after finding out they can do gluten free. My husband (celiac) and I both got special combos (sesame chicken and orange chicken) gluten free and we had plenty of leftovers. The GF fried chicken was great and held the sauce well (it was actually breaded too and not just sautéed chicken). Also, because the egg rolls aren’t GF they gave an extra pint each of the roasted pork fried rice. I’ve seen complaints / reviews about the fried rice being too ‘white’ and it definitely is on the lighter side but I found it to still be flavorful and chock full of the roasted pork! They also provide GF soy sauce packets for your to-go order. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Wicked friendly staff & owners. You can tell Pat & Ben care a lot about quality over quantity. Started ordering shortly after they opened & it immediately became our go-to for gluten free pizza. Hands down the best GF crust available in Bethlehem.

Bellini's is delicious. I've had Bellini's counter before but nothing from the actual restaurant. Until now. It was wonderful, I needed gluten free pasta and it was available and of very good quality. I ordered the carbonara with a glass of moscato. The moscato was wonderful, even my boyfriend who doesn't like wine likes it. The carbonara was superb. 10/10 would reccomend.
