Being allergic of Gluten isn’t so bad anymore now that I’ve found this place. As a former Fried Chicken connoisseur, the rice flour chicken is delicious and even crispier than regular fried chicken. It’s great Fried Chicken in general, you’d never know. Super flavorful. I like the regular plain flavor or honey garlic. It’s all amazing!
This place is always full and makes great pizzas. I was looking for a Gluten free which the restaurant offers. However, I really admired how they explained in details how the pizzas are made so that I can determine whether it is suitable for my level of allergy.
GF Allergies and Attitude!
Terrible female servant! Bad attitude.
If you have allergies, do not go there. Their menu says Gluten-free --- it is not! The Eggplant Delight dish (kashk e'bademjan) comes with creamy whey (kashk) abd there are NO kashks that are gluten free! I make this dish and have tried to source GF kashk and there is nothing like it.
When I asked the waiters to take it back and bring the eggplant without Kashk, another waiter came to me to assure me kashk does not have gluten! They did bring the kashk-clean dish but after dinner, my stomach was hurting so much - which tells me gluten was present.

Ro Me
Finally, I found a GLUTEN FREE pizza restaurant that is not close to charging me $45 for a pie and actually has cheese that melts of the pizza and IS NOT burned! I never request extra cheese because it's just right! It's my new favorite spot, and it's only less than a 15-30 min drive from home! I'm definitely a loyal customer now and love that the noise level is at a minimum (during my visits), which is great for those of us who are neurodivergent/sensory issues!
Moodaepo is a restaurant I have been to many times. Which is interesting considering that I don't eat meat. However, they have amazing sides and options for people like me, such as mushrooms, tofu soup, etc. My friend who was with me is Gluten Free and they had options for her as well such as the garlic chicken & few others mentioned to us that I cannot recall but not ordered because we had no more space to eat!
One thing I always get if it is available is the watermelon soju (pictured). I'm obsessed with their japchae and kimchi - some of the best I've ever had. Even though Korean BBQ is a meat-eaters delight, there's something for everyone here which is why I come back and enjoy myself just as much as everyone!
A reservation is a must for Openaire, definitely the place to be as a brunch spot. The service is the first thing to be highlighted, we had a party of 8 so they split us into two groups and were very accommodating to allow us to shift tables to sit near one another. The food selection was quite good as well: good vegetarian and gluten free options, with tasty egg, meat and breakfast items as well. The bottomless mimosas were a crowd pleaser, and the staff was very alert and helpful to keep everyone's glass full. Definitely an enjoyable experience overall, and would recommend to visit. Ask for a spot in the greenhouse if you can, eating surrounded by beautiful green plants is quite a pleasant experience.
Generous portions and customizable options. I love the burdock root kimbap. I have a gluten allergy so I omit imitation crab and fish cake and replace with kimchi. Really delicious and healthy.
