Always great food, drinks and service in a lovely environment. Very dog friendly and loads of choice for those with Coeliac Disease, like me. Perfect!
Excellent gluten-free fish and chips are the highlight here, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when they are fried in separate oil to ensure safety for Coeliac diners. The soft, flaky fish with crisp batter pairs perfectly with their homemade tartar sauce, creating a delightful gluten-free experience. The sunlit outdoor seating area with shared bench tables fosters a relaxed atmosphere, making it an inviting spot for those seeking thoughtful gluten-free options.

Myself and my husband booked this place for breakfast as it has a gluten free menu for myself, and we where not disappointed, my husband had Emilys breakfast and I had the gluten free pancakes which come with a choice of toppings I chose maple syrup and sausage, it was devine, I've had pancakes before from a gluten free menu and they where packet scotch pancakes, however these where homemade ones, so top marks for effort, my husband enjoyed his full English breakfast, however it was only after we had left he realised they had forgotten the black pudding and at realising this he was gutted, but I'm sure if he had noticed when we received our meals they would have rectified it, the surroundings inside Emily's is beautiful, it's like eating breakfast in the botanical gardens, price wise it's not the cheapest but it is quality and they obviously do cook everything fresh as ordered, from ordering to it coming to the table it was a good 20/30 mins which I like, if food comes within minutes you know it has not been cooked fresh, it's just beautiful, if you haven't been you must give it a try
Exceptional gluten-free accommodations ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience, with the manager going above and beyond to meet dietary needs. The lively ambiance and festive outdoor dining area create a welcoming atmosphere, while standout dishes like sea bass and Nero pork offer delicious options for all guests.

The best Toby Carvery I have been too. I always worry going to a restaurant as I am a celiac. However none of the usual difficulties here. The staff completely uderstood and plated me the food I chose - directly from the kitchen to avoid contamination. The veggies and roasties were gorgeous and cooked just right. I would not hesitate in recommending this Toby.
