The Infraganti team not only understands dietary restrictions well, but they embrace them as a gastronomic challenge, and overcome them with flying colors. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and an irresistible aroma that accompanies you from the moment you enter until you leave, floating with happiness. If you're in the Vinalopó region and don't come to Infraganti, you're missing out on the best gluten-free pizza in the entire region—and possibly the country. And if you don't need to eat gluten-free, come anyway: your stomach won't notice the difference, but your soul certainly will.

Very unprofessional treatment on the part of the person who attended us. From the beginning, the attitude was unpleasant and disrespectful, making us feel uncomfortable at all times. The communication was impertinent and not cordial, with out of place responses. The service was slow and disorganized, as only one person was in charge of the entire restaurant. We deeply regret the experience, since as customers we expect, at least, a minimum of kindness and respect. The food was edible, abundant but nothing to write home about. We were looking forward to it because it was gluten-free food and it was a disappointment.
