If you want gluten-free products, do not eat at this place. Their "gluten-free" crêpes are made in the same plaque all the others are made. This means they are contaminated! For someone who is celiac, this is a major issue. When we talked to the person who was making the crêpes, they thought it didn't matter. Worst, they barely spoke French or English. They have no idea what "gluten-free" really is, and yet they have the gluten-free symbol on the menu.
Awesome service and food. They have treated us wonderfully. We were with a celiac person and everything was tremendously easy. Place of obligatory attendance.
Sunday Brunch
The waitress adapted a vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free brunch; thank you. The French toast is delicious.
The pancakes were undercooked, and the granola bowl was too sweet. A brunch a little too original for our tastes, but we left feeling satisfied.
This was a unique experience. We choose the 8-course menu. My husband is gluten-free and they handled that well. The service was incredible. I loved some of the food, like the octopus, but some was just not for me. (They made sorbet out from tomatoes to rhubarb, which I did not enjoy.) We would have enjoyed the experience more if we were not so overheated. We sat in the corner downstairs and we were sweating through our clothes. We actually skipped the last course because I was feeling lightheaded. (I know, I know. Americans can't handle the lack of AC in Europe.)
Quite original recipes, just like the concept, the place is small but it's just what is needed.
Fast and quality service, tasty pancakes with a really good vegetarian recipe!! Buckwheat pancakes are gluten-free :) celiac safe
go for it!
