The best vegetarian restaurant in Albi! I eat there every weekend and it’s a real pleasure every time. The setting is warm, the team is adorable, and the food is delicious with excellent value for money. It is also the only address in town for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free people. Right in the center, a stone's throw from Place du Vigan, it's a gem not to be missed!

A dinner of 10. We filtered for gluten-free options and this restaurant appeared. They have two menu options, one cheaper and one more expensive. We chose the most expensive and we were right. The price is not overpriced, and the portions are not bad. Of course, they do not have gluten-free bread and it is advisable to bring it, since it is missed. Excellent food, both quality and flavor. The extremely friendly staff and the cinema situation. It is located in the center next to the cathedral. Unbeatable.
Excellent cuisine, tasty and out of the ordinary. For €4 more than the dish alone I decided to take the menu. Starter a little small, melon and watermelon would have benefited from being cut more evenly for it to be perfect, the cooking of the fish was impeccable, and for dessert as I had refused the bread saying that I am gluten-free, I I was treated to a tile just for me, special with coconut. Quality, quantity and attention = guaranteed success. Well done and thank you again.

We came across it by chance while walking along the Tarn. And what a unique place!
I couldn't even describe it. We were only able to have a drink because we arrived at closing time. But the all-you-can-eat buffet offers several vegan and gluten-free dishes.
But let’s come back to the best part: the place. You are along the Tarn, under the trees, as if buried in a mini jungle.

We recommend. Really good. Impeccable service, delicious food. And for people like me who suffer from food allergies, the staff is friendly and understanding. This is unfortunately not the case everywhere but here, at Bruit en cuisine, yes. There is a way to work things out. Note that the weekday lunch menu often (I don't dare say always) contains a gluten-free choice in the dish and that's great. Thanks to the whole team.

The only downside was a waitress who didn't say hello or goodbye and didn't hide her bad mood... Everything else was perfect and thank you to the cook for coping so well with my vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free diet. I recommend !!!
A good place to have a good and delicious lunch. I recommend it. The service is fantastic and the authentic, local food is the best in Albi! If you are celiac, ask us, they do not prepare especially gluten-free and that is at reasonable prices. The best in town!
