I’m very thankful for Firehall Pizza Co! I was at Blue Mountain for a company gathering and unfortunately the catering company messed up my food. I have to eat gluten free but even after being told I would be accommodated for weeks, days, and hours up to the event I was given food I couldn’t eat. It was about 8:50pm when I called, so they were close to closing. Instead of blowing me off, which they easily could’ve, they made me a pizza that I could eat safely eat. On top of that, it was incredibly delicious and one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long, long time. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff for staying late and providing me a safe meal after a long day of catering disappointments.

Went there from other reviews about having great gluten free options. Our waitress, Lori, was amazing. She knew exactly what had gluten and how to accommodate/substitute. Also, safety precautions. She was very thorough and helpful. The food was delicious. Will definitely go again. So many great options.

We were so fortunate to have found this restaurant! Everything was top notch - so many Gluten Free options suitable for people with Celiac, excellent quality food with fresh ingredients, cool vibe and AMAZING service from Kelly our server. We can't wait to return!!!!

Stopped here for lunch while visiting Collingwood. The location was open and bright and in addition to offering food it also had a number of (I would assume local) items and gifts for sale. To get back to the food! It was delicious and the portions were somewhere between lots and huge. We had a mushroom burger and a taco bowl. Both were great. The taco bowl needed to be gluten free for someone with celiac and there were no ill effects. This is a great sign and we are thankful.
